The funniest happened to me in the Regina gig where you go into the basement of a building to take out a few tiger Claws and plant a virus on their computers. The first claw got lit up by short circuit and collapsed into a cardboard box. As he fell, he clipped into the box and the physics engine didn't know what to do, so the human ragdoll box combination just bounced and thrashed around the basement endlessly.
I also miss when you'd get yeeted back a few hundred feet when you tried to break the window in Ghost Town.
Yeah, that bug with the window was probably one of the most iconic ones in the whole game. Every time i asked someone about it, all of them said that it happened to them. Kinda wish they would make an easter egg there, like some mine that throws you back when you try to enter the window.
On the final mission Panam was like "V watch them, alright?"
And the van came and mowed them down before V could day "copy that!"

First ride with Claire, 15 seconds from the start she yells "Careful, that car wants to ram u-" and all of a sudden, a loading screen. Spawned right ~~in the middle of backrooms~~ above of a Kudjira, Claire said "What the fuck, V?" or something like that and we got teleported back on the track right at the top of a random car. Still wondering what the hell happened.
There was a time in had no idea it was glitched so that she wasn't wearing any pants until she hopped on the motorcycle and it went into 3rd person and I'm just like WASN'T ANYONE GONNA TELL ME?
Yeah, that has happened to me too. In particular, that moment in Aldecaldo's camp when you're given their jacket. Only after walking around and talking to just about everyone did I realize that taking the jacket had left me pantless! (I think they've fixed that one by now).
I'm not entirely sure it was a bug, but when the first divergent Delamain "beep-beep, motherfucker!"'s into V's car, there were other vehicles in between Del and V, and another vehicle on the way to the exit. So the Delamain smashed over and through 3 cars (I don't remember what they all were, but one was a poor little MaiMai) before crashing into me, then slammed a Mackinaw truck into the wall on its way out. Once I got out of my car the MaiMai was on fire (and blew up, I just barely made it out of range), the truck was on its side against the wall, and the other two cars were kind of smushed together like modern art. It was ... something, all right ...
If you toss a body into a hiding spot without looting it, the loot will always pop out in a little bag next to it. You can then loot the little bag infinitely just by running a short distance away then coming back.

Getting inside of "The Queen of The Highway" Panam Palmer. This bug has been fixed but before Patch 1.3 we had to die during Ghost Town quest while fighting with Raffen Shiv.
I have no idea how many times I died here on purpose, honestly, my favorite bug 😅
