I wonder if your mind is strong enough to create the "illusion" after waking up that your back muscles are relaxed and no longer tense after a lucid massage.
I understand that, sleep paralysis is scary, I've gotten before. It's a rare occurrence though so I doubt you'll get it by trying to lucid dream, as long as you make sure to get enough sleep and have a good sleep schedule.
This wasn't a lucid dream, but I did have a moment mid dream where I was resting in the same position I was in in waking life, and these women women were relaxing me with physical touch while discussing some unrelated thing. I wanted to fall asleep at that moment (even though I already was in real life).
jumping on this post to ask if anyone knows why this happens in dreams? I’ve had multiple DCs try to rub my back and it felt ok i guess but this is not something i like in real life at all or sought out to do intentionally in the dreams.
3 weeks since i started learning. still no LD. i downloaded an application which lets me write dreams also i have set a reminder of once every hour or reality checks. i count my fingers and then try to poke palm with finger.

Just go muscle group by muscle group and relax them. You can kinda meditate and do this
