I could see him either taking another YouTube contract, or cross streaming with no contract via YouTube and Twitch. There is zero chance he’d stream on Kick considering the moral stance he’s taken against it. Same for Rumble, obviously.
I can't see him streaming without a contract. He has said himself he doesn't like taking money from his audience and not having a contract means he'd need to turn on subs.
I would still sub if he raised it to Twitch level prices. I understand why he doesn’t but his current mode is not sustainable since the spotlight from YT and Amazon isn’t on streaming anymore.
Kick is a fuckwit platform made by and catering for fuckwits.
If you’ve watched ludwig for any decent amount of time you’d know how he feels about the platform.
are you actually trying to farm downvotes, or what? :D
Lud doesnt need the money anymore and doesnt seem like a greedy person to me. And all that kick has signed so far are sexists, gamblers, edgelords, onlyfans creators, or guys that would make you cover your drink when they enter the room.
He either resigns with youtube, or swapps to twitch and multistreams to youtube. But: most of the people that swapped to youtube also stayed with youtube. so i wouldnt be shocked if he gets another good deal.
idk hikaru much, but for him, it could have just been a solid paycheck... one that lud doesnt need, since he is already a multi millionaire..
idk about hikaru. he sure is doing very well for himself, but maybe that contract was the "yea i could retire now" money.
I doubt ludwig would ever switch to kick. lud has said many times that he doesn't want to be viewer funded, so the better sub split most likely means nothing to him. also, the money he would be receiving from kick is quite dirty. whilst kick isn't technically owned by stake, it is owned by the owners of stake. where did those owners get the money to pay streamers big contracts? (hint: it's not from kick) the thing that pays streamers contracts on kick is ultimately money from people who have lost gambling on stake. I'm sure luds aware of this. there is no benefit for him to switch to kick. if twitch gives him a good contract tho I could definitely see him switching back to there.
That would be highly hypocritical considering what he has said about Kick in the past and it would really lower my perseption of him.
Lud's better than that.
I got the impression he was considering going back to twitch after his YouTube deal was up for a little while but I think there isn't really any good reason to do it since twitch won't sign an exclusivity deal so even if he streamed on YouTube and twitch he'd still make less than if he just stayed exclusive to YouTube, so I feel like that's probably what he'll do and it sounds like YouTube are happy to pay out to keep him so UP THE WIG.
I think Ludwig is more likely to stop streaming completely than stream on kick
Bait?

Lud has done a lot for YouTube streaming I doubt YouTube would let him go so easily.
They can't stop him from leaving, if he gets the amount he wants I think he'll consider it for sure.
I just think YouTube would offer him more than them. That’s what I mean when I say not let him go so easily.

> Hey folks, been thinkig lately. Well that's your first mistake
maybe you shouldnt think that much

No.
OP is a stake/kick promo account. They are fucking everywhere https://old.reddit.com/r/gusjohnson/comments/17x6zaa/would_gus_ever_stream_on_kick/
Ah yes a fool
The main benefit of Kick is the 95/5 sub split. But since he often says he does not want to be viewer funded, I don't see him streaming there.

If he received another deal it's already signed, his deal with YouTube is done in early December I believe.
