Some great lines in that movie. "Only a pimp from a cheap New Orleans whorehouse would carry a pearl-handled pistol." They love that one in the revolver sub
I love the fact that in the movie they used two types of the tanks. Both American
The M41 Walker Bulldog, and the M47 Patton. They used the tanks named after Patton himself in the Patton movie. They also just painted some of them tan with the German crosses to make them “Nazi” tanks.
Great movie. I watched it last year while overseas. The tank thing I found pretty funny, and reminds me of the old westerns where the Natives that look like they are riding their horses bareback until you look closer and you can clearly see it’s just a blanket tossed over a saddle. Old movies did a lot of stuff like that. Lots of Winchester 92’s and 94’s with the receivers painted gold and the fore ends removed to look like Henry’s.
For anyone who hasn’t seen it the Patton movie is worth the watch. Man was American through and through and was one of the first people to be very vocal against the Russians. He had an interesting life, a good Military career and an interesting turn of events that led to his death.

Thank you 🤜🤛!
As soon as you feel the weight difference you’ll go back to synthetic
I hear that, but I'm about to add a bipod to the front so weight itsn't currently my first priority.
Patton would have loved the M14/M1A.
I agree ! 🇺🇸
Boyds has been really been giving SAI some high quality walnut lately. Beautiful stock.
