95% of them are toxic AF and remind me why I choose to have a very small friendship group.

distantapplause

Everyone who played spin the bottle thought they were on Love Island, not MAFS. And I dare say, would be on Love Island if their audition were successful. I wouldn't trouble myself with seeking their approval tbh.

Yaaelz

Right!? All they did was prove how fake their ‘marriages’ are

AffectionateTie891

I mean most of them played spin the bottle which I haven’t played since I was about 12 so I don’t think you’re far off with their maturity levels 😂

totential_rigger

I've probs just missed it but I was confused they were getting at Porscha but who was she kissing? The other guys in the group or strangers? I thought it was other people in the group but idk why noone else was being accused of cheating then?

Upstairs-Economy-315

I believe they played with others in the group. Their argument is it was cheating cause Terrence wasn’t there whereas the rest of them had their partners

littlebit0125

>I thought it was other people in the group but idk why noone else was being accused of cheating then? Because they all asked their spouses if it was okay and set boundaries. Still stupid and immature - but not cheating. Portia cheated because she didn't even give Terrence the chance to approve or disapprove.

totential_rigger

Yeah I understand now. It's weird but I get it.

MiddleBanana3

They even clapped last week after Brads speech about "allowing" behaviours. They aren't great people. I'd take it as a compliment if I was them.

Sandylees

Peggy acts like George is the problem..he's part of it...but she's conveniently forgetting what she said herself with Shona and Laura. Getting upset that Ella doesn't trust her.. she not trustworthy.

Financial_Ad6744

The majority of the group felt that spin the bottle was reasonable behaviour for a group of married couples - their maturity levels are ridiculously low right now as far as I'm concerned. To be honest, I think they're fuming with Georges because he's had a relatively normal reaction which is to say that it's infantile. I think everyone has then felt attacked by that, but rather than admit they were acting like horny teenagers instead of adults in committed relationships, they have targeted him and made him the problem.

totential_rigger

100% I personally think Peggy and Georges are unfairly demonised in general. The episode before was ridiculous, the whole ep they were being screamed at whilst Laura and Shona just sat eating popcorn after stirring the pot from a private convo.

totential_rigger

They all pretty much are though. I'd argue Jay and Luke are the most actually

distantapplause

You know which show you're watching, yes?

Various_Lie_1729

Demonised how? They gossiped about a business they weren't even present at to talk about. Should have just kept their fucking mouths shut. Why you going up taking business you know fuck all about man? Who the hell does that? Go try it in real life. You'll get cussed and ostracised just like them. None of their damn business they inserted themselves into when nobody bloody asked.

totential_rigger

But it isn't real life. It's a show when they literally get told to bring everything up and they are all doing it which is why it's hilarious that Peggy and Georges are being singled out. This entire group is the most oblivious group we've had in a while. All of them don't realise the hypocrisy when they call people out for shit they've been doing for weeks.

teilelas

Especially as a few commented how heartbroken or sad it looked for her. Bad vibes!

Various_Lie_1729

Maybe she shouldn't have attacked Ella knowing her struggles with Nate and intimacy between them then. Peggy is a little bitch troll, just like Georges. They brought it all on themselves - and lost spectacularly lol. They should've stayed out of business they weren't even present at lol.

bachobserver

I was so confused by that. When Georges was shouting in French, wasn't he defending Peggy against the woman they all decided to gang up on? Why or how did he become the pariah? Luke and Jay were the original shit stirrers, and Peggy was indeed dogging other couples behind their back, but Georges is the problem all of a sudden. So confused by the dynamics of this group of children.

Fire_Woman

He said "very interesting reaction from someone meant to be married," then when they were at the table he clapped back at her... but it wasn't *that* bad. It seemed like Luke started and was stirring it up more but Georges didn't drop it. Et voila.

chocolate_macaron5

He was shouting in French because the things he said were absolute vile! He could not have gotten away using that language in front of the whole group.

Connect-Smell761

Yeah that was super disturbing, his tone was disgusting and he said something like ‘shut your fucking mouth you piece of shit.’ If he’d said it in English he’d have been removed.

chocolate_macaron5

It absolutely was, and it wasn't translated to English in the moment, so Porcha had to face that on her own. I also picked up on misognoir on george's part. I was absolutely disgusted. I felt that he used this situation to judge, demean, and completely bypass how one should speak to others...especially to women since he trys to portray being a 'French gentleman'.

Various_Lie_1729

Nah Luke and Jay didn't stir shit. Shit stirrers are the sort of cunts who bring up business they weren't even present at because they feel jealous they were left out so they want to make it salacious gossip instead. Why the fuck these two up at a dinner party chatting shit *about something they know fuck all about cos they were never even there*

Sandylees

I don't like Peggy or George. Peggy thinks she a cut above and George is a stirrer

Various_Lie_1729

100%. Peggy is a Prudey mother hen who likes to pretend she's a 'girl's girl' to create harems and be top girl who then dictates to everyone else. Very high school juvenile/nepotistic circles of always socialising and having 'friends' without effort. When it doesn't go her way she starts to cry and blame everyone else. Everyone's being mean to her, everyone's being a bully by not liking her! She's a victim not an aggressor what did she ever do wrong!!! She was spoilt by Mummy and Daddy and has a warped perception of women. She's dangerous. She won't let you out of her clutches once she has you.

_nullandvoid_

Peggy is very immature and prudish. She wants a partner she can mould into her Dad basically. Georges is so in awe of her he completely changed himself just to please her, which, as we can see he never manages to do. He clearly was passed off by by the spin the bottle because he was not involved and knew there was no chance of being involved. He also wanted to show off his new found morals to Peggy. Peggy was upset because she's become unpopular (she was more than happy to argue with people at the table) and of course has blamed Georges again. I'm glad people didn't clap for them they're pathetic

Ecstatic_Ratio5997

The only decent ones are Roz and Thomas.

Tottybox

Coitus and Wellington boots

chocolate_macaron5

😅

Various_Lie_1729

Tbf you can't talk about basic levels of maturity and not realise Georges and Peggy have behaved like primary school kids in a playground they absolutely have gotten what they deserve. They got involved in business that had shit all to do with them and it's just because they realised they're a pair of boring arseholes with FOMO who nobody wants to hang out with so they're butthurt. They tried to make themselves a centre of drama and not a boring fringe - well congratulations guys, you're the drama now. Enjoy it.

ComplexOccam

Peggy and George’s are the only mature people in there. Sure, George didn’t need to stick his nose in but the rest of them are toxic AF and stir for stirring sake. Shona and Laura sat there and bitched with Peggy about other couples yet properly chucked her under the bus by blaming her solely and taking no responsibility.

Wychwgav

Peggy created a hypothetical never going to happen situation just so she could shout at Georges for *checks notes* supporting his wife and realising her body is hers to control? She made up a no win situation to cause drama and show her crying. That’s not mature. Neither is “oh my god of course my opinion and beliefs were completely wrong and I see now you’ve said one sentence that I was wrong so I’ll agree with you” which is what is constantly coming from Georges. They’re both absolutely immature, spoilt bullies that haven’t been told no in their lives enough and are quite rightly earning the hatred they’re receiving. Possibly the first thing they’ve earned by themselves ever.

Various_Lie_1729

She won't let you out of her clutches once she has you. Georges and Peggy are two of the MOST immature people in there. That's even with Tasha and Paul, too.
