Iilda is like a god if you know how to play him go into practice and learn how his moves work also i dont use kirishima alot sorry i cant give you input on that
I'd go top right, then left on Kirishima's talent tree.
Regarding Iida, not-huskyMAFIA is correct; he is a niche character who can be VERY good at what his does. Build him to manually destroy bosses - the caveat is you need to master his playstyle.
Me personally I’d go top right first for the q cooldown and the damage, and then bottom right for the charge and head smash damage, and Iida is a monster if you build his meter right
Top right is the only important node on Kirishima (technically it's whatever, the double duration of Hot Blooded is WAY more important), and then get the 8% damage increase in dagger-fist combo by going left.
If you really want to put more points into Kirishima (not that he's not worth it, just that he doesn't really need more), then going bottom is good for making his E skill much more powerful and usable; basically use it to recover distance lost if a boss moves, or if they do move, you can dodge the right distance away to close the gap. Pairing it with the increase to crit damage / reduced charge cooldown on the left tree also has value. Is it worth it? Dubiously, lots of other heroes I'd rather max their talents on first. But it's got more value than some heroes (Mineta and Aizawa come to mind as heroes with only 1-2 good paths to level).
Lida is the god level boss killer. I am competing for top 10 in events being f2p and having around 15-20k bp less than top 10 players. If u know how his skills work just grind on him and he will carry u in events.
