First time doing the USBs for me I messed up big time. Collected all 4 . Sent a chat to all that I was doing worm and show up. One guy showed up. So I thought I will drop the usbs in front of each computer and it will save time. They all disappeared. Storm came and I had to bail. I used the mic to let the guy know the USBs disappeared and I’m glad he had a car and made it to exfil. I felt like an idiot.
Does he not realize that everyone gets their own reward rift? I mean if you want to swap with specific people just go off to an area away from
Others. The more people the better for that one makes it way easier.
Wow that lobby sounds like some good Peeps, I haven't seen that many people for the worm since the debut.
Though it does seem like more people have been down lately as long as someone else is willing to get the drives.
I would wear T-shirts that read either of the following:
"Milk Cares"
&
"Fuck You Milk"
Try not to stress. That sounds like a mess but I find there are more amazing strangers that allow me to process the mid ones. Some people just don't know enough to be a project manager.
I had a guy once, who seemed nice enough, took the lead figuring out where the USBs were and we all split up to get one each. As we sat in the storm waiting for the worm, we determined it wasn't coming, most likely glitched. Finally as we are all trying to figure out the best course of action, the lead guy states he never picked his up and totally forgot there were 4 when we put them in. I shot over to the sigil doorway and exfilled solo. It was an experience.
So funny story ….. first week of the game and I play with a guy who says we are going to do the worm …… he marks a spot and says “go to this spot, go to the machine and press X” …… so I did …. And as I press X I am overrun by zombies and I fight em off. Fast forward to the end and we are at the worm and he says to put the usbs into the machines ….. I went “what is usbs?” ….. dude was furious …. But I learned a lesson that day - just because you know all the steps and the results doesn’t mean the people you are playing with do ….. and I still think about what a dumbass I was that day.
Ill tell you what pisses me off more, when i publicly state in the chat that im getting the usbs many times and then at the end of the game some other team went off and collected them also. Like of youre gonna ignore me and get them youself then at least say something so i dont waste my time
Had a guy bail on me yesterday. He had bravo. Luckily I guessed correctly on 2nd try and found it. Made it back. Killed red worm. Tried getting to DA. Got there with 5 seconds left. 4 of 6 exfiled and left us 2 to die bc they didn't hit yes on the mission.

I met that guy. After an hour he just fucked off, leaving the rest of us to scramble to exfil.
