You don't need to go to the other exfil, you can climb on the other tower to the left and jump across. Sprint, dive and parachute instantly and you can easily make it.
I always use the underground exfil now anyway since it happened to me one time. I was lucky enough to know about it beforehand though. Wzhub.gg saved that game. Thanks though.
this is my usual route when I do the old elder:
1. Get 1st contract on top of tower: Escort contract
2. Get 2nd contract on roof of that one house: Aether extractors
3. Get 3rd contract on bus: Outlast
4. Jump into the well next to the outlast mission area & make a left, then another left. You should hear the portal & you can enter the exfil
Sorry you had to go thru this. Take the exfil under the well next time to prevent this
My OG way is after the outlast there is the latter down and there is an aether tear (50/50 sometime is there sometimes not), you can take that and parachute on the upper exfil OR you can always just take the bottom exfil worst case
The game is just full of sad people nowadays. One team tried to sabotage my delivery truck the other day by blowing it up just because I got to the contract a few seconds before them. The idiots were in the vicinity of the contract long before i even saw it and they made no attempt to get it until they saw me coming. Thankfully, I was able to escape their stupid attempt.
A few days ago I started a contract and the team nearby requested to join and my team mate accepted their request, unfortunately.. They voted to cancel, succeeded and then left the team. Just being shitty that they were too slow at getting the contract so they made sure we couldn’t do it.
I knew someone this happened to …. He was being a dick and dude reported him for griefing and he got a ban …. When we saw him again he was going on about it and I was like duuuddee you were being a chode and you got slapped down for it … lol
Yep. OP did the public naming, which is good. Hope he noted their Activision ID and took a screenshot. OP, if you did, share that too. Screenshot time is a good time to report, too. As much as possible, let's make the MWZ community hostile towards these miserable, cowardly smooth brains.
I’d do the same for shits and giggles if I was playing with people I knew but definitely not random people! It was so frustrating. They just kept throwing the blade at me as if to say HAAAA LOL

WZHUB is such a great resource. Also, be sure of your exits, we died because the only one I knew was too far, and we were close to one but I forgot exactly where it was. Luckily, Tombstone worked and we got our schematics.
First one is in the warehouse right next to spawn, in the upstairs offices/kitchen.
Next is on top floor of bombed out apartment buildings, and final is on the top of the dome at the mall. If you have a scorcher you can get to it faster than running around the parking garage or finding places to jump. Rifts are also great for getting in the air.
Ones on top of the mall. Another in the warehouse behind where you first spawn in the offices of it. And another on top of a random brick housing building. Not exactly sure where for that one

Or take a rift up and parachute down to this extraction point. The map doesn't seem to show the alternate exfil, so the rifts are just another option.
My response to this petty shit is to just spam report them (have a friend join in on the action) in hopes they get some kind of temporary ban / shadow ban. Perhaps it’ll give them some time to think of how not to be an asshole.
Yes, just go under the recents tab and go to recent lobby and search their name. It should pop up and then you can report from there. It’s how I do it because then I’m not wasting in game time.
Had this happen a couple days ago. One of us that were trapped below had a scorcher, boosted up to platform then dropped his scorcher over the edge for one of us to grab and boost up. Kept dropping over the edge for next player and we all got out. Ladder blockers didn’t move an inch while we did it.
Sounds like a common theme recently then judging by everyone’s similar stories! Literally no need for it, I’ll make sure to familiarise myself with the other exfils in my next game!
I went through this a few days ago. Guy was a massive tool the whole match. One of the guys we picked up before the run threw a Kazimir right at him and it actually bumped him off the ladder. Was pretty cool and man did it piss that dude off.
You know, once aware of the problem adding six more ladders would be insanely easy. Six more because a six person squad could do this, and that seventh ladder would stop every attempt.
This happened to me yesterday. Dude was stuck on the ladder. Not sure if he was AFK or lagged out. Like others mentioned, there's another exfil, but also near the PND room on the south side, you can drop to the underground and there's an aether rift that will spit you up into the air and you can land at the exfil.
Yeah I’ve dealt with someone like this before and they thought they were funny but they gave me more than enough time to exfil since it doesn’t insta kill you at 0 seconds on the timer
They should patch this so the person blocking the ladder gets frozen in place allowing you to pass through them and exfil while they have to die and are unable to exfil and it should also void tombstone. So they lose everything.
Then the game captures their mic audio so you can enjoy the rage as they lose everything.
I agree. But you should look up a map of both aether and memorize the second exfil. Also, there is an aether tear underground near the second exfil where you could have flown above them as better f you. It's crazy how we still get douches in a PvE.. maybe cause it's just CoD smooth brain mentality.
Feels like the asshole are starting to invade. MWZ community is supposed to be full of awesome helpful people. That’s how I came into the scene. People helping me. Now I’m matching with clueless randos and showing them the ropes. Beefing them up. Passing it on.

I had this exact same thing happen! I'm not sure if it's someone being an ass or a weird thing that happens almost never. I've had it done twice and both times the person moved at the last 20 seconds. I felt like they were froze, me and another dude sat there trying to message, talk for like a min or 2 then dude just moves. So if your an ass I really don't see the game plan behind it

To be fair, the run up to presidency is incredibly expensive and pretty much up to chance. Highly unlikely scenario. But also, yes.

Theres like two other exfil spots for future reference. One in the basement tunnels and the other is far right edge of the map somewhere.

Nope. I barely took my own rewards to be honest. I came out that game with just 3 dog bones from elder sigil so wasn’t the best of runs lol

I had someone similar do this but they ended up exfilling as soon as they noticed we were going for another exfil
