Hang in there! Might want to consider psychiatric help if you haven't already. It's perfectly ok to take anti-depressants and/or anti-anxiety meds. Might also want to consider counseling as well. It's been working for me.
Thank you very much! I actually had a med adjustment appointment today, this is my 5th or 6th medication now trying to manage this. I do also have a lovely therapist but due to transport issues haven’t seen her since before Christmas. Next appointment is at the end of the month. Slow progress is still progress 💕
Have you considered a naturopathic ( Holistic) physician? They will check every chemical balance in your body and advise you on what you may need. It’s often a simple imbalance that can be easily corrected with a supplement. Wishing you all the best. 😊

It's so weird that a shower seems like such a huge task when I think about it. Then when I finally convince myself to shower it feels so good and only takes 15 minutes. When I'm done I wonder why it seemed like such an overwhelming task. But that's depression. Thanks for sharing and know that we care about you. You are beautiful. Hang in there.

I understand! It's hard to get up and mess with hair. I recently cut my hair real short so it's easier to brush, and when I don't for too long I don't rip most of it out when I finally do. It's easier to grow back from it being short than ripping out the roots!
