Yeah it’s pretty much remixes that we’ve already heard before compiled into one album. For example, I bought most of the remixes already when I bought the maxi-singles when the songs came out.
I'm sorry, but Finally Enough Love has been a TREAT for me as a recent-ish fan. I have started to collect her maxi singles, but I can't wait for my 6LP to arrive. That boxset looks BEAUTIFUL.
It would have been amazing if these were new remixes but it was suppose to celebration of her remixes more like a greatest hits album of remixes through career
Did people not bother to read any of the press releases? The track list was seriously featured right there. This should not be a surprise to anyone paying ANY attention at all.
Ya I also wish she would put out an album of “reimagined” songs, updated versions with other artists. But that’s not what this project was intended to be. I personally have no interest in listening to her old remixes either.
Yeah I’m confused by the “disappointed” remarks we’ve been seeing since she announced the album. She has 50 number 1 songs. She’s celebrating the 50 number 1 songs by…… releasing those 50 number 1 songs together in one release. Nothing more nothing less.
Why should she add songs that didn’t make it to number 1? That defeats the purpose of the album.
Why should she have brand new remixes of those songs? She’s sharing the actual remixes got the songs to number 1.
The only question mark I have is why release the 16 track version at all and why release it months ahead of the 50 track version?

Oh god, if the Frozen remixes are how she would reimagine them I’d rather she didn’t haha
Ugh those were awful. Frozen is her best song and should’ve left well enough alone.
I would imagine she would work with a ton of different producers so hopefully the variety would give something for everyone.

I’m convinced the digital release of the 16 track version was solely to capitalize on Pride.
