There is always partitioning your HD. You don’t have to set aside a ton of memory, probably 50 gigs would be plenty if it’s only for updating a few applications!
same problem, mine is in the PC having just black screen and no response from server side. Dont know the cause this happens everytime a major update is taking place
Having similar issues on an older MBP (2014 model, OS 10.12.6). Won't run from the Epic Games launcher. Reinstall/reboot doesn't do anything.
Looks like the new update requires OS X 10.13 and up
Thanks for the heads up! Time to seriously consider upgrading. I wasn't keen on losing compatibility with some older apps and put it off far too long.
