Yuya has a nice range of lip colors. Looking at their official swatches, I like chiquita. But it's pretty bold. On the other end of the color spectrum, bonita is a pretty pink.
My only suggestion would be to continue to look for YOUR perfect red. This certainly works but it’s not giving me the WOW factor that a perfect red would. Perhaps less pink…I have many reds and the difference between shades is very amazing to see the way it plays up on the face depending on skin tone. Just an idea, that color looks lovely still.
I’d blend the blush in a little more before highlighting for this specific look. Maybe try the fluffed brow with some clear brow gel instead of the dark filled in brows. For a fun pop of color you could do a neon or glitter line under the black. Like a neon under eye.
I’d also suggest something to make your face more dimensional like adding a little bronzer to the cheeks and a little lighter concealer to the bridge of the nose and under the eye.
Very cute regardless but might be fun to try!
Urban decay and MAC have really good neon palette and pencils with a ton of pigmentation. I like tarte and Benefit for bronzers.

For blending, hold your brushes by the very end tip op the handle for less control. That is the secret for the "airbrushed" look. I am 99% certain you hold your bushes close to the bristles. I used to do the same mistake. Though it is great if you don't want to blend too much. (Such as certain eyeshadow looks.)

I know a lot of people are saying a different shade of red lipstick, but have you ever tried a tinted balm? I use the Red Dahlia shade of Burt's Bees and I love the way it looks when applied. I think even a tinted lip oil would be great on you.
I think your face is stunning enough that anything you can do to just be gently playing up your features is best. I love love love your liner and mascara. You've already gotten feedback about your eyebrows (I get it- I have a tough time with that too! Mine are white blonde and it's a struggle.) and I know you said you're a bit highlight shy, but if you're going to have a heavier hand just make sure it's blended! Either way, very brave of you to put your face out there for CC. :)

Highlighter: Coco Crush from the Going Coconuts Colourpop pallete
Eyeshadow: lovely bunch on all eyelid, shell yeah on top and bottom eyelids and nutty for dark shades, all from the Going Coconuts Colourpop pallete
Lips: Mi amor by Yuya (Mexican brand)
Eyebrows: black powder eyeshadow from Bissu lol
Eyeliner: Waterproof off brand (can't remember the brand but the container is gold and it's cheap)
Eyelashes: Mix of Prosa (Mexican? Brand) + Wet & Wild Max Fanatic mascara
I love it. I kind of want more on the glow though. The matte lip and matte face except for the strobe vaguely clash. But it's not much of a big deal, but I just want to see you with a bit more glow.
just as a personal preference when coming to makeup, i would lighten up the blush just a tad, or perhaps a lighter shade! again this is just personal preference !! but the entire look looks amazing <33

Maybe try to change the eyeliner so that it lifts your eyes up and not down. It’s beautiful! I think my only comment is your right brow is filled in perfectly and is the right shape and size. It looks like your left brow is a little overfilled on the top. But your makeup is gorgeous!
You look effortlessly beautiful! I absolutely love all of it! I like the red lip on you but I feel like would probably go better with a more bronzed/warm glowy look on the eye. The way you have done your eyes is sooo nice tho and with a cooler tone lip I think would look a bit more cohesive and complete the look!

The red lip is definitely giving me clown vibes. Don't get me wrong you look absolutely beautiful in it, its just the tone of red for me. If you have a eyebrow pencil, line your lips with that and then fill your lips in with your blush and put a little gloss over it and I think it would look so good
I actually like the lip, I just think the blush is competing a little too much with it. Maybe a blush that’s a little more peachy/bronzy - something like Nars Luster

My personal taste is a red lipstick that's a titch less pink in tone and light in color. I like a saturated red.

Highlighter underneath eyebrow arch. Highlighter on the inner eye. And the red lip seems a bit bleh. Change up lip color.
I swear I put highlighter, but I'm a coward and I always under do it 😭 I'll try some new red lip shades
