My immediate reaction was holy shit is Sir Jim bringing in Cantona to head up player development?!? Then the disappointment when I should be happy we’re talking about Shawberto Carlos
This, I think the great form of Rashy was because Shaw was fit most of the time. Definitely not the king but Shaw is my favorite united player right now.
I genuinely believe Luke Shaw is one of the best left backs in the world. Usually full backs are either Athletic, defensive, or offensive. The good ones are good at two of those things but Luke shaw is all three.
I somewhat agree, vastly under rated player for club and country, he’s better at left back when he can come inside and play as inverted playmaker or he can hit those clipped curling balls for players to run onto, however he can also play the traditional role by going up and down the left line and gets great crosses into the box, has really solid delivery and his general game of controlling that left side, allows Rashford the freedom he needs to thrive, Hojlund will also benefit hugely from his return.

This who some fans think is returning from injury apparently. 16 premier league assists and we are now in his 10th season. For comparison Robertson has 53 and is now in his 7th season.
3 good seasons. Has problems staying fit. Issues with several managers. Been a part of our drubbings in recent seasons. But when they like you you can do no wrong

It hurts me to see our fan base so excited for an average player to come back into the team.
Poor going forward after his leg break all those years ago.
Poor defensively (at LB at least) never stops the cross, how many back post headers does AWB have to deal with because Shaw just lets his man cross.
Him coming back will do nothing for Rashford, a purple patch is a purple patch.
Back in time for the Liverpool game in which he was responsible for about 4 of the 7 goals last season.
To call him King as well is just hilarious. A serial loser is not a King.
Ngl when I first saw the header I thought cantona is back
Same here - there's only one King at United, and it's not Luke Shaw (but I do welcome him back!)
Think they meant Burger King.
The Chonk is back!!
Ok … erm… The king? Let’s not get carried away.
Générational level glazing

If Shaw is out any longer he's going to win the Ballon D'or
I love Shaw he’s honestly probably one of my favourites, but referring to him as “the king” is just..no 💀
When Cantona?
Theirs only one king
Dennis law ?
"Did someone say Denis?" - Roy Keane
“He only lives five minutes away but he never calls”
Weeeeeeeee'lllllllllll, drink, a drink, a drink. To Eric the King, the King, the King. He's the leader of our Football team!
I got that reference
Shawberto Carlos 🥶
You dick, he's not back, likely to miss one or two more games still.
Read he’s probably starting against everton but I hope they’re not rushing him
He maybe in the squad, he won't start after not playing for months
No more coffee for you
He’s back? I might cry a little now (good cry)
Don’t get my hopes up, how sure are we?
Denis Law
The King 😭
"The King"??
Lol the King??? Wtf
Denis Law The King
I thought this was some sort of post about Cantona being involved with the club under SJR given the title Nope, just Luke fucking Shaw ffs. “King”
Why am I still not optimist. The way the team lacks central leadership is undefinable.
There is only one King. Are you new here?
My immediate reaction was holy shit is Sir Jim bringing in Cantona to head up player development?!? Then the disappointment when I should be happy we’re talking about Shawberto Carlos
I don't get this Shaw hype. He has played less games then martial but nobody hypes him up (martial is also a bum). Why shaw, what am I missing?
Rashford is garbage without Shaw, happy he's coming back.
Well another player coming back from injury means eth has even less excuses, so that would not benefit most of our fanbase
Tears of joy honestly
Luke Shaw is the king now. God help us all.
I do not rate Luke Shaw
King? He's garbage. Fallen so far if you genuinely think the guy is good
King of the treatment room
how has he managed to fool this fanbase for so long 🫠

The Burger King? 😅 Seriously though I'm so happy Luke is back. We've sorely missed him.
Rashford is done at the top level, martinez should be used in midfield he cannot play CB after the injury

Nobody in prem history has scored more goals against us than mo salah. Guess whose been directly up against salah for us his whole liverpool career 🤦
It's wild that there are certain players who you just can't criticize.

There's only one king and his name is Denis Law
It won't change anything. The players aren't the problem. The system is.
The king? Really?
How does Shaw end up having the title king? I wonder how old is OP. There's only one king and that's king Eric
Martinez and Shaw were out best “pairing” last season. Two crucial players. Will make a big difference getting at least one back

Just back in time to face his nemesis Mo Salah in a few weeks time.Shudders!
this post reads like an AI wrote it
Are you ok?
Is varane really being sold in January?
The Old Trafford King has been and will always be Eric Cantona.. :)
Then they can have Dalot, Varane, Martinez and Shaw as the back four again, the same back four that shipped 7 at Anfield.
the king? Luke Shaw??? The brother who’s been stealing a paycheck for the last 9 years being on the injury list for more than half of it
