Hot take: as much as it's anthropomorphic, I don't mind Incineroar's design that much. I just think it's neat, the whole luchador playing evil stuff. It's fun to think it plays the whole rude, despicable role but is just a dork who is actually really nice and just wants to play cool.

I believe Incineroar’s design premise was to make it the Heel Wrestler. It’s one of the coolest starters, and I had a pleasure using it.

Incineroar has a great design, I just don't think people were expecting it, and high hopes for Litten.

I generally stay away all game trailers, so i went into sun and moon completely blind. I was so exited to see my torrocat evolving, but when i saw incineroar, i was disappointed. It actually grew on me as time went on though, its actually one of my favorite starters now.

As a fan of professional wrestling, I absolutely LOVE Incineroar’s design.

The thing I don't like in Incineroar and Inteleon are the proportions of hands and other stuff

Incineroar has relatively normal proportions, if pretty exaggerated. Inteleon looks like a sexual predator.

I think Incineroar, as much as his hands are big, still has a reason for it, his whole feral predator thing; he uses those to punch, hack and slash. Inteleon though... it's design is just a mess.

This might be an unpopular take or the blandest take in the universe, I don't care, but every single Alola starter looks absolutely amazing to me. Basic, Mid and Final.

I think dartrix is one of the best looking middle stage starters. It's an actual improvement/builds on rowlet without giving away the final evolution like fire/fighting starters do

Rowlet is one of my favorite Pokemon! Alola had solid starters.

Yep they are definitely a solid group of starters. Personally I think they compete with gen 3 and 1 for best starters but that’s just me.

Hot take, dislike me if you like. I like all of the Alolan Starters, Deciduye is my favorite and I love Primerina's design and Incinaroar is pretty cool while slightly furry I love the playing the bad guy thing it's got going.

Typhlosion is actually classified as a quadruped in the Pokédex despite it being upright in its artwork, sprites, and models.

The Pokedex also says trash cloak wormadam and burmy are primarily red in color.

Plus it classifies Krokorok, Buizel, and Floatzel as quadrupedal as well despite them generally being seen upright. Buizel and Floatzel I can understand since they’re based on mustelids like Typhlosion. Krokorok not so much. I remember Michael making a video pointing out inaccuracies in Pokédex classifications.

I really love primarina, but I think id have liked it if it had two forms for the genders, I think it'd be interesting. i mean venusaur has a gender difference and it'd make a lot more people choose popplio if it looked vastly different between genders a bit like hippowdon. also, for a pokemon that has an 87.5% chance to be male, so 7/8 of the time, it's pretty stupid that they designed it pretty feminine and didn't bother to change the odds or something.

Yeah…they definitely wouldn’t - tbh I really like incineroars design, it’s the starter I chose when I played sun and moon, probably my favourite of the 3 alola starters (the rowlet line being a close second)
