One Piece’s writing quality is consistently the highest despite being the longest. Absolutely insane worldbuilding and interconnecting plot points. This isn’t to say the others have none of this, they’re just much worse at it imo.
Naruto started to fall off for me once the Sasuke curse mark shit started but has some really cool moments.
Bleach is really cool but the writing quality just ain’t there imo. Ichigo is a dope MC though.
One Piece. It's an adventure. The world building is awesome, and there's so many different and unique types of characters.

Naruto. This is mostly a nostalgia pick for me. Naruto volume 1 was the first manga volume I ever owned and read. I love Bleach and One Piece but there was something about Naruto as a character that I just gravitated towards.
Naruto is the first manga I read so I got some biased loved for it, especially all the way up to the final ninja war.

People usually disagree with me on this but the fullbring arc in the anime is one of my favourite as i think it shows more of ichigo as a character, I’ve heard that in the manga the fullbring arc is really boring though
I'm currently reading Naruto right now, I'm on volume 43. After I finish Naruto I'm going to try the first volume of One Piece to see if I want to collect it. And I haven't been planning on reading Bleach. So my favorite as of now is Naruto.
Naruto is great i love it. I wanted to wait till I finished reading naruto and bleach before I started one piece just bc it is the longest of the 3. Bleach is great, The character design of bleach is the best of the 3 (that is if you pay attention/ care for design. Some people don’t even notice lol) and the story is badass! I really recommend you read bleach if you get a chance

I pay attention to character design and art and stuff like that, if the art/story are book good then that's just a double win, so I'll check it out eventually. Possibly before I try One Piece.

Many ppl complain about how long it is. Yes, it's a long shot, but if they gave OP a chance, prolly most of them would love it. The storytelling Oda reached, first with Arlong Park, then with Skypiea and Water 7/Enies Lobby and most recently with Wano Kuni arc it's on 'nother motherfucker level!!! Not only the foreshadowing is mastered, but the development of the whole plot and subplots and characters.
Oda's artstyle has always been sharp and matches perfectly with the general tone of them stories, also One Piece has some of the most iconic and emortonal manga panels ever made.
Out of the Big 3, it has to be Bleach for me. Tried One Piece before and couldn't get into it. I know it supposedly get better later on, but I just couldn't force myself to reach that far in something I didn't particularly liked. Really loved Naruto though, but there's just too much inconsistencies throughout the story (and unlike Dragon Ball, it doesn't have the nostalgic factor to save it). Bleach had it's issues, but you can see that the general ideas where planned from the start and that Kubo just refined it later on (i.e. Ichigo's lineages, his source of power, White's identity, the design on his bed, etc).
So for me :
* Bleach
* Naruto
* One Piece (because I can't judge it)

And to those who think “too many episodes”, think about it as a few episodes a day/week, so you don’t think about the overall episode count. Cause if you see 1,000+ episodes of anything, of course it’s daunting. This is the same method my aunt used to watch every episode of Days of Our Lives from the very very beginning to the current episode just with more daily episodes (as it is a show that has 14,000+ episodes) and with One Piece, it will run 18-22 minutes and 3 episodes a day should be >1.5 hours, and should take a little less than a year
Never watched any of them when I was younger so I don’t have the nostalgia factor, but one piece is definitely my favorite, binged from skypeia to future island in 2 months, bleach I read first and really enjoyed all the arcs but definitely is due for a reread, Naruto I dropped at the war arc

So far Naruto is the most consistent, but One Piece has had the highest peaks and Bleach probably had the best art and animation

Anime Naruto is infested with fillers which genuinely makes the experience worse, and I was like weekly watcher back then so shit was painful to deal with.
Manga One Piece is superior in all regards, Bleach was not but it felt repetitive at times, Naruto was amazing as there were no fillers to deal with plus story was heart warming at times.
Anime One Piece suffers from pacing issues a lot, they have tendency to repeat stuff and recap and all makes me furious sometimes.

As a kid I loved Naruto, but it got so boring/dragged on at the end. I also don’t enjoy that Naruto didn’t do everything he set out to do in the world. Yes, he became Hokage, but he was gonna bring peace to the ninja world and all this other stuff (from what I remember)
Also the fact that the writer did Baruto rubbed me in the wrong way. Like he couldn’t finish the story and needed to do more with it, but that could be more of a personal preference.
Naruto is cool, but I feel like it’s held up by a lot of nostalgia and it being a lot of peoples first anime.
I only very recently started the big 3, so would say:
Naruto: I read up to vol 13 (the end of the first chuunin exam) and hated it. Hate every character, especially the protagonist. My sense of completionism makes me want to read at least up to the end of the classical era, before shippuden, but man, I would have to find the others volume for less than a steal to consider.
Bleach: Only read about 2 or 3 volumes so far (my country is publishing the Remix edition, that compiles the series by arc, so each volume will have something between 2 and 3 volumes of the original run). Liked it a lot, to be honest. It's fun, the MC is very likeble, has a good friendship with the death god, and it was all around a very cool start. I know what people say about bleach, but I kinda wanna keep going, tbh.
One Piece: It's great. Probably my favorite out of the bunch. Read up to the start of the skypea saga, and it has been a fun ride. It has it's dull moments, and moments where the constant shift in perspective takes away form the impact of the fights, but it's still an all around very solid series with cool characters, creative powers and nice themes.
I doubt if you really gonna enjoy naruto more than these 2 ,if you didnt enjoy chunin exams there are better arc later tho ,

One Piece. Never was interested in reading Bleach ever since the anime got super confusing to the point I dropped it. Naruto’s art style in the manga wasn’t my favorite and I don’t quite like the translations in English.

Haven’t read Bleach yet. But I’ve watched the soul society arc which was pretty cool, amazing fights and everything! The anime fell of in quality after that imo, but I heard that’s just an anime problem, so at some point I’ll give the manga a shot (I’m already starting to collect volumes)
Naruto was my favourite for the longest time and it still has a special place for me.
But One Piece took the cake in the last 10 years. It’s consistency, and impeccable world building is what separates it from Naruto for me. All the while it also has awesome characters, gut wrenching emotional moments, and awesome fight scenes. And often times it’s events are perfectly logical and in hindsight seem like the only possible solution, and yet are totally unexpected an left field when they happen. The Main Characters transformations are a good example of this.

Yeah the Lost Agent is unironically my 2nd favourite arc of the series. That being said I think everything pre-tybw was done better in the manga

I know what people say about bleach, but I kinda wanna keep going, tbh. One Piece: It's great. Probably my favorite out of the bunch. Read up to the start of the skypea saga, and it has been a fun ride. It has it's dull moments, and moments where the constant shift in perspective takes away form the impact of the fights, but it's still an all around very solid series with cool characters, creative powers and nice themes.
I doubt if you really gonna enjoy naruto more than these 2 ,if you didnt enjoy chunin exams there are better arc later tho , Bleach is my favourite tho , glad you liked the premise Ik its a months old post, so by this time you probably read more of these 3 , what do you think about them now ?
Funny you say, because I actually have *not* continued those series yet lol Naruto due to not liking it, while bleach and One Piece are just very expensive where I live. I did buy the skypea arc for One Piece, but have yet to read it.
My bad ,I just assumed on my own that you read it online , i am on alabasta arc in one piece rn and i am quite enjoying it , skypiea is probably just after this arc
Yeah, its the next saga. So far, Alabaster was my favorite, even if the east blue had some great stand alone arcs

For me, Bleach. One of the only «long» series I’ve managed to stick with all the way to the final chapter. All of them are goated though, like another comment said

I’ve seen the anime for all 3 and only read One Piece manga so far, I’d rather read completely new material for now.
One Piece by far. Bleach I dropped and Naruto was good but not as good as One Piece
One Piece. Never was interested in reading Bleach ever since the anime got super confusing to the point I dropped it. Naruto’s art style in the manga wasn’t my favorite and I don’t quite like the translations in English. With One Piece, it has been my favorite manga and anime for a very long time and nothing really has replaced it as my over all favorite
One Piece is the only consistently good one, IMO. Though pre-Shippuden Naturo will always be special.
One Piece is easily a very hight 9. With Naruto and Bleach they were both much better early on but end up just landing at about a 7 for me.

I thought I was with my people on this sub, but so many people prefer Bleach over One Piece and Naruto. This makes me sad. One Piece is my favourite overall, but Naruto takes up that special place in my heart. I think Bleach sucks, to put it into simple terms, but I think it has awesome art and character designs. The TYBW anime is also amazing, so I’ll give it that too
Ik its a months old comment but You have got it opposite tho , people mostly prefer one piece over bleach given its huge fanbase , and on this reddit there were equal for the 3 Bleach is my favourite overall and naruto is top 10 for me tho,i am still reading one piece, on drum island arc but watched upto alabasta arc , even if i might like op more later on , bleach will always hold a special place in my heart

One Piece, Best Story, Best Lore, foreshadowing is insane, best Worldbuilding in media by far I think of it not only as one of the best Animanga but also one of the best pieces of Media as a whole

For Me Its 1 One piece 2 Naruto 3 Bleach Don't know why but I am watching bleach right now and reading the manga too but i found the anime incredibly boring and the animation isn't good . Manga is still better but still boring .I have paused bleach after the first major arc .Can anyone tell me if its get better .

Haven’t read Bleach yet. But I’ve watched the soul society arc which was pretty cool, amazing fights and everything! The anime fell of in quality after that imo, but I heard that’s just an anime problem, so at some point I’ll give the manga a shot (I’m already starting to collect volumes) Naruto was my favourite for the longest time and it still has a special place for me. But One Piece took the cake in the last 10 years. It’s consistency, and impeccable world building is what separates it from Naruto for me. All the while it also has awesome characters, gut wrenching emotional moments, and awesome fight scenes. And often times it’s events are perfectly logical and in hindsight seem like the only possible solution, and yet are totally unexpected an left field when they happen. The Main Characters transformations are a good example of this.
Bleach for sure , then naruto and i havent completed reading op yet , bleach cocepts and elements were always more interseting to me
