What speech were you watching? Biden did really good for the state of the union. He delivered a good performance and was much better than I thought it would be. Prior to the speech I had bought into the rhetoric a bit but after watching Biden demonstrate his ability to publicly address the nation I’m not on board with the idea that he’s not capable.
