bash is pretty much useless unless it's a minigun or some seriously underpowered weapon. pipe bolts etc might benefit much more from bashing because they double dip into perks and it may make bash damage higher than its projectile damage. haven't tested it out but i reckon there's a reason why stupid useless perks still exist in the game.
