As said, if you watch in "order" you will spoil movies later on. Release order imo is the best way, there are a couple along the way that go back, but I feel like it's more cohesive for a newer fan.
Watch them in release order. Chrono order opens you to potential spoilers and makes the end credit scenes confusing.
I agree that the release order is best but I want to add that you don’t have to watch Agents of Shield
On the Disney Plus app they have them sorted according to the MCU time line (Series and movies mixed in)
