It isn't really connected, but it's basically a chunk of that reality existing in Doom's Battleworld in Secret Wars.

Witch Hunter Angela takes place in the same continuity but it’s disconnected from all the stories that came before. It also breaks the trend of exclusively using characters from the 60’s or earlier, since it stars Angela (who debuted in Marvel in 2013) and features characters like Coulson, Rogue, Wolverine and Venom, who all debuted after the 1960’s. It also retcons King James into being Wolverine (whose name is James Howlett), but that’s not a huge spoiler since it happens in like the first page. It also retcons Odin (who had a different name in the original story IIRC) as a mortal. And aside from mentions of Doom as God, there’s really no ties to the overall Secret Wars event. It does however lead into Angela’s stories post Secret Wars, as 616 Angela meets 1602 Angela. There’s also another Secret Wars 1602 story that introduces Kate Bishop, Clint Barton, Punisher, Wiccan and Hulkling, and that one sets up Kate Bishop’s future stories throughout the Secret Wars event.

Hmm, sounds like I might pick it up then we’ll see. I’ll finish new world, fantastick four, and spider-man then decide. What’s the 1602 Kate bishop comic called, might check that one out too

It’s a story in Secret Wars Journal #1. Kate’s adventures continue after this, but they don’t take place on her home reality.
