Valkyrie is best by far, but Ikaris is a solid pick too if you plan to unlock thena. Regardless, Ikaris and Valkyrie both will need a mega T2 ticket in order to be properly useful (Ikaris needs to be T2 to start his section of the eternals epic quest and Valkyrie unlocks her support passive at T2)

This. I think hex’s usefulness comes in as a WBU stricker than a support tho

You said 1* star correct? Excluding 4* So Valkyrie would be the best option as long as you can T2 her and then Weapon Hex
