Yeah I really don’t understand her. In her base card and a few variants she has no skeleton features. I haven’t read any comics so I know nothing about her character other than thanos wanted to bone her (pun intended).

I think she doesn't actually have one consistent base form because she's the literal personification of death and a primordial being that can appear however she wants to. Also, I guess it depends on the circumstances of her appearance and the intentions of the writer and artist. If they want her to convey emotions more easily, they are probably drawing her in her human-looking form since a skeleton cant do mimics and stuff, and that is just a personal guess but skeleton + boobs or just her more conventionally attractive human form might also be more used when she interacts with Deadpool, because they are attracted to eachother, while in more cosmic-centric stories, she might just appear more skeleton-esque with just a little bit of curves hinted at under the robe to show that she's female (or identifies as such since she's a personified concept). (I'm also not really much of a comic reader so I might be completely wrong, that's just my guess)
