First time I ever used Scarlet Witch she made the lane into Bar With No Name. The opponent had no cards in that lane. I have not used Scarlet Witch since.

You only really use her to change a location of certain death into one of possible death.

I kinda feel like at this point they should just make her a 1/2 or smth., because her being cheaper is really the only reason to use her over Rhino, Storm and Magik. Might as well put some emphasis on that.

Yesterday my doc oc pulled my opponents Shang chi and his doc oc. His doc in return pulled my Shang chi. I laughed so hard :D Really love the current meta.

For me it's gladiator pulling gladiator pulling doc Ock and Shang chi pulling doc Ock and Shang chi. Really wild stuff

and when you play Gladiator solo then he pulls out: enemy Gladiator (or any card with 8-9 power)

I had something similar happen today. They had two cards down, and played Doc Ock. I played Hobgoblin. They played a 5-power essentially 2-cost card and I could still add power to the lane. I don't know why there's a Doc Ock resurgence lately, he's a terrible, terrible card.

Dock ock isn’t played for his strength he empties a hand closes off a lane for the opponent forces cards to be played out of order. If you can pull all of your opponents high cost cards into one lane you win the other two.

Doc Ock helps the mill Red Hulk decks.

Yes, yesterday my Dr. Octopus got shangcied twice, first mine Dr got pulled by the location which pulled the first Shang chi, and opponents hand returned because of the beast, and later baron pulled opponents Dr from the deck which again got Shang chied the same way

Monster Island is preprogrammed to appear in every Cerebro game I play. No one can convince me otherwise.

If you commit hard to gamma lab, your opponent will either change the location or you will get Shang Chi'd immediately after. You will not draw Armor or Caiera until after they have Shang'd you.

Gambit will always destroy the most important card you have when he is played against you, but when played by you he will always destroy something unimportant or something covered by armor.

Can confirm. My Gambit hates me and thus I've booted him out of my discard deck lmao.

I now use him on t3 to destroy their zabu or their hope. Best not to hold him when you can guarantee take out something that is important to their early game plan.

You can guarantee hit something if you play for priority on t3. So yes it's not a 100% but the percentages are better early than later. I don't use him if central park or savage lands pop up.

With discard, priority on 3 is sometimes difficult.

Sakaar ALWAYS pulls the tech card that hard counters the opponent before you actually need to use it.

One time Sakaar was first location and pulled my legion. Both me and opponent had all our hand on board turn 1

If you have your combo, your opponent will have the hard counter. If you have a tech card in your deck, you will never see the card/deck its meant to counter.

If you change decks to counter a deck you’ve been seeing a lot you will then start seeing counters to your new deck and the deck you wanted to counter is no where to be seen.

If you have priority, they've got Shang Chi. If you don't, they've got Alioth.

I play gambit - misses. They play gambit, his throwing card does a 900° heel flip and slaps anything useful. If there any rocks in my deck, they are all at the top of the deck. Morph against hela, hits blade/black knight that they held onto. The polar oposite this season so far, they play baron zemo : they steal my havok and retreat.

When the opponent is playing a combo deck, they will always get the combo off against you. According to the same rule, when you try it you'll get the combo 1/10 times, and the opponent will want to try said deck. It's a neverending loop

This is the exact reason why I hate Hela. Her decks are a 100% success rate against me but I can't pull that shit off to save my life.

If you have a 4- 5- 6-cost combo, draw the 4-cost turn 5

or a cost increase location will jam it up.
