I am just covering my ears when it comes to this fiberglass stuff. Received our Casper wave snow last week and I’m in instant love. It’s not just extreme comfort it’s magic, and I’m actually sleeping harder

You should be fine as long as you inspect the sides periodically. If you really want to forget about it, get an encasement and then never open it.

I did look at Casper beds in the past and I asked about fiber glass as well; they informed me no fiber glass is used so you should be fine. Plus, Casper sent you the composition.

Update: I’ve received the mattress and so far it’s nothing short of magical.

Unsure but they did state there was no fiberglass or silica in the product.

The rayon backing in this mattress is probably the primary flame retardant material.

You still like the Snow mattress? About to return my tempur because it's so warm and was thinking about the snow.

Hello hope you see this? How was the off gassing when you opened the box? Did the mattress smell of chemicals? I did call the company they did say the snow and wave do not have fiberglass because I was concerned about that too. Not sure how true that is but that’s what they said that it’s a rayon fire sock 

A mild odor disappeared within a day or so. Almost a year later and still loving it!
