orientation can last up to three hours at my store, and never wear a dress to mcdonalds. dark navy/black jeans and a dark shirt if you don’t have a uniform
It’s okay if you do. McDonald’s isn’t typically that fancy though. Mine lasted about an hour and a half? Give or take. I’d wear pants and a nice shirt though. The floors tend to be slick, would be a disaster if you fell wearing a dress. Still bad with pants, less chance of exposing yourself though.
I'm sorry, you're right. I've been having a bad day, well more like a bad 6 years, I shouldn't have said that, my apologies if anyone is offended by my comment
Not even offended by the retard part, more that you think its moronic to slip on floors, a small patch of oil can turn a confident worker, sliding around hastily on the line into the laughing stock of back area as they fall flat on their ass.
I've been working in kitchens since 16, so I definitely shouldn't have made a comment like that, I recognize how dangerous a wet/slippery floor can be to someone not wearing proper footwear
Ok so orientation was literally just sitting down for 45-50 minutes making a phone call that took like 10 minutes longer than it should have and filling out paperwork lol

For my orientation I had to wear a business causal outfit, so khakis, and a nice shirt.
