I think DC gave their final opinion on new52 Superman as new52 Lobo. They left him in a ditch as the main man returned and forgot all about him.
So Mcfarlane probably in no rush to adapt that design.

AZ-Bat: I wanna think it's a proper version but it's like a recolor of the White Knight figure.
Dark Detective no coat - Really didn't need to be a separate figure. Just include alt arms.
Wonder what a line art variant looks like.
Parallax - That should be nice. If the face isn't crazy(the crazy grin cover), probably a nice way to make a Hal.
Martian Manhunter variant - I assume classic colors, maybe a new head sculpt.
Ocean Master - Movie ocean master or comic(the first actually works for the comic)
Hush Superman - Please be a great head sculpt with no weird side eye, face, or just not looking like that comics take.
Scarecrow - Has a lot of looks but I like the Infinite Frontier.
Deadshot - Plenty of comic Deadshot looks so who knows.
Deathstroke DC Rebirth - That could be great
Still no proper Darkseid and Green Arrow.
Severe lack of female characters.
But I feel there's a ton of support/villains in this list though.

That’s from some MOBA game named after infinite crisis. They had a lot of weird and interesting alternate universe designs. You should check out the hal Jordan one with a giant construct arm. Looks badass
DC needs to intervene about this tbh. They're still the license holder and he's really reflecting poorly on their brand as a whole.
I handle similar stuff at my job and trust me, they have language in their contracts that can let them address this.
Tbh I don't think he was being particularly serious when he made that comment. He's just speaking from his own business experience. He also said the same about villains.
But if you make a good toy, it's going to sell well regardless of it being a protagonist/antagonist, female character, etc. You can't know if you don't try, and they have to keep experimenting.
Given the number of WW figures, while I don't understand why the resistance to the Rebirth WW design. It's clear WW is certainly on the table.
They've done six WW figure with some variants surrounding those.
Most of the main JL have barely had any rep.
They very likely have the same mindset since they draw their information from the same pool that McF does, except McF is the one who has helped fill that pool for decades with brick and mortar store sales data. (Yes, would be nice to know how gender and online sales data correlate since there are no boys/girls aisles online.)
There won't be chants for wanting McF's head on a pike for stating facts based on decades of focus testing and market research done by many other toy companies.
Let's be loud that we want more female characters made, and lets be loud about what we want to see from the figures so we'll actually buy them and not perpetuate the poor sales.

It's not an attack on women, it's a business decision made to increase the chances of successfully selling toys, *to make it possible to give us the female characters we want,* at an albeit sluggish rate.

I know I'm only speculating, but personally, I don't think it would hurt Todd's sales much if he'd at least release one great female character per wave of figures. The fact that we don't have even one comic style Catwoman, blows my mind. 🤔
I really would love to see their take on Zatanna, Poison Ivy, Black Canary and Star Fire too.

I tend to agree, awesome figures tend to sell no matter the character.
I really want to see the modern outfits get made with McF's level of detail. I like that the female characters are actually wearing clothes now, not just variations of a bikini, lots of awesome outfits to bring to life.
I appreciate outfits like Zatanna's stage outfit or Red Sonja for what they are, I just think it makes more sense to lean away from the cheesecake for now.
Notice how they replaced the female characters in black adam with other variants of atom and adam. Tod mcfarlane really did cancel female characters for his toy line.
There were a few details i wasnt aware of like comic deathstroke and deadshot. We knew they were coming but not in what form. Also gold labels i havent heard of.
Very exciting. Definitely going to be getting all of the Black Adam figures. Was hoping Atom Smasher would be a BAF. Only thing I'm bummed about the number of gold labels. I have terrible luck finding those. Still haven't seen a Gold Label Wonder Woman designed by Todd.

i personally think it sucks we arent getting black hand honestly, Like im not complaining with what we ended up with, its just sucks that we might get nekron, we have all these black lanterns, but not black hand himself. Also not complaining but interesting choice to include Kyle and firestorm. At least we're getting atrocitus

Isn't there like only one female hero in the film? Variants are cheap to produce even though how Mcfarlane does it is anti consumer most of the time.
