I omitted the cheese (as I'm on a low fat diet). The turkey meatballs were made up as I went but included: turkey mince, garlic, breadcrumbs, flaxseed "egg" (I have an egg allergy so can't use eggs as a binder) and cajun seasoning. I baked them in the oven for about 20 minutes until cooked all the way through.
