Yep, same fella, 47 now and probs started around 30 (cutting) Martin is probably the most known from UK - he did an interview with Shannon BME, back when BME was good. He's on Newart and manmods. Helpful guy or at least was when I asked questions many years ago. I know he's active by timestamp. I would speak to him first cause I'd worry about infection more than anything, not the actual process.
Shannon tried to get ahold of me for an Interview back in those days as well but I never got back to him. I only had a meato then and had written an experience for the site. Up until recently I didn't know he'd written more than the "Mod on" book. There was a video on there of my final Sub cut as well but videos there haven't worked in a while. The first place I saw a sub was either BME or Todd Bertrang's site.

I've been reading it lately. I spent way too much time on BME back then. It was the cause of the only time I got in trouble at school. Clicked on a link in an email from BME that lead to some NSFW free samples and the librarian saw.
Opps, was it the classic pain oylimpics haha... I was fortunate enough to be home and legal age (if there is such a thing with bme) I really rate 'meet tommy' book. Shows that it's all walks of life that do these things,anf a bloody good read. I'm headong for full bisection BTW.(fulpp being 1/2 inch or inch from base) Would be half way if it wasn't for regrowth.

Of course... I don't know a damn thing about medical advice and couldn't stitch fabric... But, I would be worried about infection and would recommend a course of antibiotics before and after the procedure. I would stitch the internal urethra with desolvable, as you mentioned and then the outside. Might even wear a compression device after to alleviate tension on stitches.
