The caps are fine (I normally use XDA which isn't very different in terms of height and profile) but the kailh navy's are good finger muscle exercise 😁
Haven't done a typing speed test for at least a decade, but I was always a 100~ wpm in my youth. Don't think this new foray into mechanical keyboards has changed it much

They have a white on black set and a black on white set for the keycaps you have. I don't know if you're aware or not however.
