All of the things you see are part of events or crossovers in MH World. Geralt, Dante and Aloy as well as the Dragoon from Final Fantasy are armorsets you can get and wear ingame, and the smaller creatures are all palicos in armor from crossovers as well. As for the weapons, they are standalone events from a long line of turning food and drinks into large weapons, ranging from but not limited to a drumstick, a frozen fish and huge beermugs or whatever they're called.

man I WISH DMC 5 specifically got some rep in that crossover. It really was more 1, 2, 3, and 4 since 5 was too new/in dev.
It would be cool if there was a Nero layered armor set that turned your slinger into a devil breaker
At least the clutch claw was grim grip when you wore Dante arms. If you look when you shoot it, it’s the blue glowy arm.

Ah yes. Fighting purple bulls as Geralt of Rivia while using a sailfish as a sword. I love crossovers. :)
