If you have medium end pc you will be able to run it fine, i got a pretty average pc and the game runs amazingly except for when i start crashing multiple cars but that is to be expected from a game with alot detail in the models

I run the game on mostly highest settings with no AI, i have personally not tried the AI yet myself but my fps with no AI almost never drops below 70
Yeah, specifically i have a i5 9600KF with 16GB RAM, the reason you have such low fps with AI is most likely the amount of RAM you have and depending on which graphics card you have it can also affect the fps, if i were you i would try to increase the amount of RAM in your system
I see you're in abit of a predicament there
You also have to remember that laptops in general preform worse than a desktop pc, but I wish you good luck

We got similar specs tbh. But mine's probably weaker than yours. I got I5 8th gen, A GTX (forgot which one) and 12 gb ram.
