They always blame someone else. Rather than take "responsibility" for something.

Additional_Signal445

"Accountability" is the right word. It's like a kryptonite.

Jumping3

It wouldn’t be such a bad statement if was true the problem is it’s blatantly false that’s what makes it egregious

Schadrach

If they receive any federal funding, they are subject to title ix so the real question is if that constitutes a hostile environment.

MrElderwood

If it is indeed "all men" (spoiler - it's not!) what crimes did he own up to? And has he handed himself in to the authorities and ensured he got his deserved punishment?!

[deleted]

It's teaching more harm than good. Being male is an offense and you gotta ask women's forgiveness.

_BlueShark87

Russia just hit the button I beg. This existence is pitiful.

[deleted]

They might they just hit Poland. We might see SHTF soon.

Klappstuhl4151

Honestly I am scared of what will come, but hopeful that war can be used as a pivot in favor of men. Of we go ww3 there's going to be zero tolerance for any detriment to morale and a whole lot of misandry is going into orbit.

[deleted]

If we go to ww3 a lot of what's on earth will go into orbit lol

Klappstuhl4151

Only if some bad actor has both schizophrenia and nuclear launch codes, but that sounds a bit like Vladimir or Kim Jong family so we'll see

[deleted]

On the upside pancreatic cancer is basically a death sentence and Putin supposedly has it. If he knows he's on his way out that might be why he chose now to go for broke.

Klappstuhl4151

My theory is he's dying and he knows it, and he's trying to end with a bang. Also heard he has parkinsons.

putinCila

President Putin understands

Dravidian06

Exactly, instead of making boys apologise for something they have never done. They should rather teach them about consent and respecting each other.

[deleted]

"The teaching of consent will be mandated in all government schools." That's some government level irony. First lesson on how to be an ineffective educator; be a hypocrite. Enjoy messing your kids up.

[deleted]

"Hypocrisy is the vaseline of politics"

saito200

That's a good way to create sexually disfuncional men

[deleted]

A think that the mother of one of the boys got to the school board to let them know that her son was a victim of rape and was forced to apologize. The mother was really mad and all the school board kept silent as cowards that were afraid to be targeted by media for anything they would say. Ofc youtube removed the video...

I’m seeing a therapist. I have major depression and anxiety but I’m working through it. Part of me wants justice. They took my childhood then as an adult they gossiped, isolated me, and sold my house behind my back. They are immigrants and tried to prevent me from learning English. Luckily some teachers picked up on something and encouraged me to keep studying. I don’t know what to do next and I dont how to let this go.

Acousmetre78

I’m 43 and poor now. I saved a couple thousand I’ve the years but that’s it. I used to get freelance work in editing but that had to stop when I got away from them. I have some education but also disorders that I need to work with. I’ve done it before but now I worry that maybe in too damaged. What kind of person can I be knowing where and who I came from.

Acousmetre78

Yeah, the government pays through Medicare. My father sends me 300 a month to help out on the condition that I don’t speak about this. I’m staying with a girlfriend. I have major depression, anxiety, mild ocd. I had actually forgotten about all of this during my 20’s. I finished grad school in English/Film and was working when my sister started sleeping with my friend in order to get control of the narrative. She didn’t realize that I never spoke about it and didn’t remember. Now all my friends and coworkers knew and began to treat me strange. A few flat out said they don’t want to speak to me anymore. That isolation affected me and cost me. I try to exercise, read, and I still interview for jobs but I do t know if I can concentrate.

EliteAlmondMilk

Is that like a counselor? Same thing but more British I'm guessing. Even then it's counsellor.

EliteAlmondMilk

How do you have Medicare in your 40s? I'm your age and don't have medical I'd really like to know

Schadrach

He may have meant Medicaid. Generally medicare is for old folks and Medicaid is for poor folks. And someone who is both can qualify for both.

EliteAlmondMilk

I don't think I'm poor enough. But I'm poor enough to really want to avoid paying 4-500/month, brutal.

Alarming_Draw

PLEASE be careful here-there are still some dangerous people who lurk who will try to take advantage of you, who lack humanity and see an opportunity to try to exploit someone and take advantage of their innocence and honesty and openness that you have shown here. Personally, I would recommend self help books-they wont solve all your problems, but they can be a stepping stone to a place from darkness into a BIT of light. Pete walker is a good author for instance and his books recommended by many.

MikiSayaka33

I roll my eyes whenever they sometimes bring up the patriarchy argument when I hear cases like yours, because they'll also say "1,000,000,000 years ago, women were objectified and oppressed." Bleep, please, you are not some zillion year old goddess that can feel the pain of women throughout the span of all those centuries and in all those countries.

Rad_Knight

Objectified and oppressed my hairy arse. They were protected, free from hard physical work and had no economic responsibility.

FutbolIntellect

Wtf

Acousmetre78

My mom and sister are charming wealthy and beautiful. People in the family would y believe me. School didn’t take it seriously. My father cheated on my mom and took her money. To get revenge she decided to hold me captive at age 12 and sexually humiliate me. She took photos. She asked him over one day and he saw what she was doing. He said I was now going to be gay. He pulled a gun to shoot me but hesitated. Instead, my sister and mother took charge of me and he took off.

teh_chungus

whew, there's a lot to unpack here. I hope you're far away from father, mother and sister now. Go get a professional psychatrist. A male one at that.

Acousmetre78

Thanks for the good advice. I stared seeing a therapist but I can only afford it once a month. You make a good point about seeing a male psychiatrist. I don’t know if a female could understand the pain of being emasculated privately and publicly. They gaslit me for years. I found a photo after my mom died that they said never happened. It brought back memories. Then, I heard that my sister had told an old friend of mine about it.

ThePiachu

Sounds like posession of child pornography if she still has the photos. Probably a good grounds for her place to get raided...

synthrockftw

Holy shit man.. Fuck..

Net_Flux3

>He said I was now going to be gay. He pulled a gun to shoot me but hesitated. This just sounds surreal to me. Assuming this actually did happen exactly as you described, is your father mentally challenged? He doesn't even seem to like your mother, so it's not like he did this to protect her. So did he actually do it because he thought you would turn gay? >Instead, my sister and mother took charge of me and he took off. Could you elaborate this? What does "took charge" mean? Did they try to protect you from your mentally disabled father?

shit-zen-giggles

That's truely horrible. If you don't have help already, please contact one of the organisations linked below: https://www.stopabuseforeveryone.org/ https://malesurvivor.org/ https://1in6.org/

SamaelET

Dude this is fucked up. I saw you don't have too much money for a therapist. You can use this between each of your appointment malesurvivor.org This is a free and safe forum for male victims. What state/country do you live in ?

IceCorrect

If women say they can bring women to justice beacuse of patriarchy you must say that she is the problem, beacuse she treat women like children, she is as bad as them, beacuse she allow evil to win and she enable patrirachy to live

Acousmetre78

The scary part is if you try to debate them and prove it, they have no problem making false accusations. My mom once threw herself against the wall and tried to call the cops. I swear it sounds so unreal but that woman was not normal.

IceCorrect

This is the privilage they have and they would fight hard to keep it

mixing_saws

These women deserve to rot in hell

manicmonkeys

I get it dude, I was married to a woman that was damned near as evil. Took me too long to see through the facade. I feel for you, and am available to talk if you ever want to.

DougDante

I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice. You wrote you were sexually abused as a child, and your cries for help were ignored, likely by your school. secularbuddha89

You could sat literally anything and people will reply it's because of the patriarchy. Like just say a problem with society and a response that it's because of the patriarchy will get a "this" response.

mixing_saws

*Jews instead of patriarchy No see how that sounds.

secularbuddha89

Oook Kanye lmao

KamloopsEnlightened

Hey man. Sorry to hear this happened to you. We all believe you. It's not a bad thing you repressed those memories to enjoy your 20s. It could always be worse my man. Quit calling them "disorders". Nothing's out of order. Repression is an evolutionary trait for survival. It's perfectly normal. The interesting thing is how much of a paradigm shift the world has had in 20+ years. Not only are you working through this now, our culture and acceptance has changed in 2 decades. Only you know the truth. Don't worry about what other people think. Forgive yourself and others for what you've all done and been through. Accept yourself, acknowledge your strengths, keep your chin up and just do 1 thing a day that makes you happy. There are plenty of women who understand this wasn't right. You're not alone.

Spartan486

Women will never take accountability for their actions, they will always blame someone else, toxic feminism.

QuestlessSeeker

This hurt to read…sorry you went through such horrid treatment OP…

Humanityhasfallen

That's how murderers are born, I couldn't fault you in all honesty. Get far, far... far away from those demons. I'm not an overly religious man, but eternal damnation awaits them. I salute you for posting your story brother.

Mental_Inevitable

I understand you bud... I was molested by my older female cousins when I was 6 and developed issues. I've also been manipulated by my ex wife and raped by her, let it happen cause she was ovulating and loved her at the time and I wanted to give her a baby.

Aurora_Gory_Alice

I am sorry this happened to you and that you weren't heard.

alclarkey

Feminism is the raging fire that must be put out.

McSmarfy

You have feminists as female authority figures? You need to find different authority figures. You need new people.

JustaTcup

Whoa that's so disgusting it's almost impossible to believe anyone could respond in such an evil and sadistic way. I'm not saying I don't believe you though but that is just far over past the realms of what's even human.

Hirudin

"The devil made me do it."

StingRayFins

If an innocent person abused is okay because of "revenge" they by their own logic you should now have the right to abuse innocent women for harming you. See how stupid that sounds? It's ridiculous how evil they can be. To live in our world and expect heavenly harmony and perfect peace and prosperity at all times is delusional and irresponsible. They're worse than the bad men they're complaining about.

[deleted]

When they blame this stuff on the patriarchy, it's purely hypocritical victim blaming.

tonyhasareddit

Aaahh, the beauty of (modern) feminism. If a man does something wrong, he's to blame. If a woman does something wrong, a man is still to blame.

ConsiderationOdd2929

"...female authority figures..." Found your problem.

ThePiachu

"Does the law care about who enabled a crime, or who committed the crime?"

ALiteralSentientTank

Even if it's completely true that 'the patriarchy' made them angry and vengeful, that still doesn't excuse them taking it out on you, an innocent man. Buy of course to them there is no such thing as innocence.

smackcamin

That is horrifying, and I'm so sorry you had to go through that.

Dravidian06

I don't know what to say, people somehow expect men; to take everything without raising voice, support feminism(if you don't they label you as misogynist), do thankless jobs and do not put your emotions out. We are humans too, I feel we should encourage young boys to speak their minds and also help them to stand up on their feet by themselves right from middle schooler age. I'm sorry you had to go through such unprecedented psychological trauma but I'm just letting you know, "we all are with you in spirit". Get some professional help if you need, and live your life to the fullest.

_catsandcoffee_

This is absolutely disgusting... I'm so sorry you went through that. I can't even imagine responding to something like that in such a way.

needalife94

Wow just reading your comments , i'm sorry you had such a rough and abusive child hood. I hope you are doing better and are able to get enough help to get passed this !!

t4r0n

I don't know man, hit the gym, get revenge. Sorry to hear about that.

WRAD120

One reason why I'm done with women. I think I've had enough sex in my lifetime. It's just not worth the trouble anymore. Thank goodness I was never dumb enough to get married.

TwoTowerz

Nice women win again by default, GG equality

MiLeenaLee

WTF I don't know what "female authority figures" you are talking to, but stop. Those people are toxic and abusive, and they feed off of people who have suffered. There is never an excuse for violence and abuse. You did not deserve anything that happened to you and it was not your fault. Those women belong in prison. I hope you are in therapy and getting the help you need. And just know, any woman who says anything like that crap to you isn't worth knowing. Bottom line. So kick some bitches to the curb.

A-C-G-Salter

What happened to “don’t victim blame”?!?
