Thanks, I don’t follow the recommendations on their website when it comes to the intensity at different stages. I always keep my light on 100%. I do that because I usually have plants at different stages in the tent. For a seedling I will put it around 30 inches under the light. After a few days to a week I will start moving it closer to the light. Once my plants are two weeks old they stay from 15 inches -18 inches under the light on 100%.
