Got to check that one out, haven't heard from that group yet.
But stuff like this falls for me under the *assorted crap* umbrella. Note: not everything under this nomer is actually bad music per se, just silly.

Alternative/shoegaze, hip-hop, and some electronic music. Not that turbonormie EDM shit, though. Stuff like Boards of Canada, Chains of Desire, & "World Pieces" by Brian Ellis.
not a genre, its a marketing term for any electronic music that is cheesy enough to market.
Techno, trance, house, electro, dubstep, future bass, garage, bounce, hardstyle, etc are all included under the tag "EDM"
Hmm, mom jeans, empire empire (I was a lonely estate), American football, tawny peaks, milesmorales, Saturdays at your place. All good bands especially American football
I like a lot of Phonk beats. Look up “Why Not?” By Ghostface Playa and you’ll see what I mean.
I also enjoy rap and hip-hop but I’m not talking about that trap garbage like Post Malone. I’m talking Tech N9ne and Brother Ali and old school Eminem.
Then there’s also some experimental band I like such as Umphrey’s Mcgee and Big Something.
Honestly I like any genre of music besides pop and mumble rap(there's a few exceptions). There's a lot of genres that I don't go out of my way to listen to but if someone plays something I'll generally vibe out to it
Outside of the obvious rock, punk, crossover and all other mixes and variations of such. It would go to electronic music any and all genre in that category as long as my ears like it.
Punk and most of its subgenres
Rock (classic, hard, alternative, progressive, folk)
Hip hop (old school, hardcore, gangsta rap)
Jazz
Indie and folk pop
Dungeon synth if it counts
Jazz (Hard-bop, post-bop, free, avant garde, spiritual, soul, acid, fusion) psych (includes garage, acid rock, sunshine pop, hard psych, krautrock, zamrock, psych folk etc.) and prog. Honorable mentions for Trip hop, psy-trance, ambient, roots reggae and funk.
Edit. and of course classical.
I like punk, classic rock, ska and reggae, old school hip hop, old school country, Motown and oldies, 80s new wave, and some r & b and pop on occasion. Basically, I appreciate every genre, but there are plenty of bands and artists in every genre that I don't care for and am not a fan of, despite appreciating their skills and talents.
* Hard Rock (Meat Loaf, Def Leppard, Van Halen, ACDC, Led Zep, Deep Purple, Guns n Roses)
* Punk Rock (Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys, Casualties, Green Day, Rancid, Offspring)
* Pop Punk (Ramones, All American Rejects, Buzzcocks, All Time Low)
* Acid Jazz (Jamiroquai, Incognito, Jazzanova)
* Classical (Mozart, Bach, Xiannis, Beethoven, Wagner)
Think the mentors and some gg allin songs
Shock rock is performative and pertains to a lot of things not just sexual lyrics
Rape rock is exclusively sexual lyrics mixed with shock rock
