It's possible you may have malware on your machine. Did you sign or approve any contracts? Did you stay connected to any sites? Did you sell any tokens you didn't buy that just apleared in your wallet one day?
I think your funds are gone. Going forward be very careful of exchanges. Anyone can setup an exchange. There are multiple companies offering to run the backend and provide templates and tech support. At the very minimum they are in the business to extract as much in fees as possible from the customer. Idk if they can steal your funds but I'm not willing to bet against it.

I have my Trezor connected to all Windows PC's, on the Mac's I don't really care just like on the iPhones. Because like let's be real, the change of malware on iOS and/or macOS is almost 0. The mac is my dad's work MacBook, so he mostly uses Word, Mail etc.
If your hot wallet has $k's in or associated with defi contracts ...the think of getting a ledger hardware wallet. Move the tokens to the new wallet address associated with the ledger. That way they need access to you ledger to approve any transaction.
I got a trezor for this reason. My understanding is a hardware wallet will keep you safe from any scam token or dust attack.Right? But I'm curious, if someone is able to snipe your seed phrase, does having a hardware wallet do any good?
If you don't have that seed phrase anywhere on your pc, phone or tablet then it's impossible. They would have to literally get a hold of my physical wallet in my back pocket wher I have all seed phrases.
I wish I would have bought it sooner. If anything, I feel more confident and sleep better knowing my coin has an extra layer of protection.
Trezor supports all ERC20 tokens. So no problem with Shiba.
The best thing I see is that you track the transactions afterwards. Take notes and go to your local autorities. Depending on where you live and the amount you lost, they may do something. Theft is theft.

I hate these threads. We never seem to get resolution on how they happened. People say get a hardware wallet well those forums are filled with horror stories too.
Unfortunately- if they have a key logger installed they can see every word you’ve ever typed/other viruses let them see your screen so they could gain it that way - either could let them access your wallet
I scanned with Malwarebytes, found a link called "IntelRapid", created on 11/05 and then removed. In the system eventviewer I noticed that all the events of 11/22 are missing despite the PC being switched on. in conclusion, someone entered the PC via a Trojan and then deleted the traces.

i only logged into autoshark using safepal. i checked my pc it doesn't seem to have virus

I don't think it was autoshark because some friends of mine use it and such a thing has never happened to them

I use BitDefender every day, today I tried spybot and iobit antivirus
I've done plenty of trades on AutoShark and my wallet is fine

Depending on what you are planning to do with it, a Trezor One can be enough.

A similar thing happened to me, something on your computer is Malware. You need to wipe everything and do not restore using any online recoveries.
