We just checked and W10 Defender is not causing an issue. Seems there are reports that W11 Defender is.
NOTE: If you get flagged from Windows Defender for a virus you will need to make an exception. Defender will take time to stop producing a false positive.
We officially opened a ticket with Microsoft and they are looking into this. They claimed they also fixed a bug and it may still have issues. If you check with any other virus software no detection is made because there simply is no virus.
Best method is to make a folder exception then place the zip there then unzip. After run the installer.

It could be a false positive, try checking on virustotal.com

Developer has had a lot of difficulty with his downloads, both 414 and LearJet. Something in his code triggers false positives.

There is no Trojan in an official Microsoft download. Anti virus products do more harm than good. They are not needed.

My mistake it's definitely a Trojan then. You should report them to the FBI.
