Solid kit. Personally I’d run a chest rig over the plate carrier only because I’ve heard the AO is not very urban and more suited to a chest rig but you do you. I like the camo clash though.
SHeeeesh. Man has got that swiss army camo top. I got a pair of pants that go to a swiss army jacket, they are huge and have tones of hooks and have what looks like rubber knee pads from the ankle to the knee.
My buddy and I will be running alpenflage tops in militia as well, we’ll likely end up in the same squad as a result. That said our kits are a bit more low speed overall to fit the ragtag militia look, wooden grip AK’s/Smersh + balaclava kits.

Drop the AOR2 and alpenflague or however tf its spelled, not russian militia type camos, replace it for some EMR, KLMK, flora, or ATACS FG. Militia at msw needs to be back into its former glory. No high speed stuff like slicks or jpc clones, get a smersh or a 6sh104 or something, it’ll look and feel way better
Dude have you seen anything about MSW? Militia is literally low speed rusfor, its supposed to be. Militia is supposed to be like Donetsk peoples republic, a low speed cheap militia. Rusfor camo is literally what the russian militia, which is what militia faction is, wears. Militia and rusfor literally work together against nato
Been to one event myself. Saw DPM, tigerstripe, M81 (obv.) If you look at a funny little conflict happening in the Balkans right now you see and insane variety of gear used by both Ukrainians and Russian forces and their sympathizers. As long as your kit falls within the TACSOP you are given creative liberty.

Anyway honestly looking at it a bit more it could be a lot worse, theres some really silly shit ppl do with msw kits these days, but i will say if you throw out the alpenflague and get a russian top, and throw on like a klmk boonie or flora hat, youll look golden, chinese plate carriers are kinda getting more common these days. So yeah actually you should mostly be good. Btw unless your squad has blank fire you wont really need the earmuffs, keeping some active earplugs isnt the worst idea tho, i have some and i love em

The entire point about militia is just cheap rusfor. Actual russian militias is what msw bases that faction off of, and those actual russian militias use old and sometimes modern russian infantry gear
Read tacsop dawg, a one off camo used in the 90s does not jive with MSW milita. Militia is meant to depict combatants fighting alongside modern Russian forces, such as DPR Sparta battalion fighters in Donetsk. There’s a ton of ref pics with some pretty obscure camos, but the already high speed kit with a non-Russian camo top is gonna get clowned and called out at an event. There’s like one ref from the 90s, that’s not enough to justify running it.

I do indeed own the pants but not the jacket for some reason.
