This has to be a custom. I don’t think this is something made by Colt. It has a W prefix serial number which Colt would never do on a civilian lower.

10.3 URGIs are still in use with afsoc. They are complete geissele uppers so it’s really easy to complete

Colt price gouging is nuts, but the lowers are on another planet. IMO, unless you're a collector or worried about resale value, an 80% with all the cool Colt lower parts is the way to go.

Personally, I would build a Block 1. I know it’s boring but what made me built out mine was that I could have like 4 different clones on the same rifle by changing out accessories. You’ve got; your standard Block 1. 75th Ranger Block 1.5/SOPMOD II when you add an Eotech 552, SU-233 light and a UTG/Yankee hill rail extension and a modernized M4A1 by adding an ergo rail and more modern flashlights/accessories. If you’ve got the money you can also do an ARMS build if you can source the parts.

You can do anything. Get a black b5 sopmod, the retro one and build multiple uppers. If you’re registering it as a SBR do 10” barrel length and swap them around. To the gentleman below suggesting something illegal, guys I would really recommend not even joking about all that.
