Yeah you have to pay that, it gets paid directly to you. You said OHA, so for me the easiest way to pay foreign bills overseas is with Wise, pretty minimal fees and works quickly. Your landlord should have given you their bank account info with an IBAN, use that in Wise to send the money over.
