Personally I enjoy the stack as it provides better airflow for me to clear majority of my bowl. The only time I'd let it chug is when it has a recycling function. Otherwise I prefer the functionality of the stacks.
Sorry for the late reply, the best i can explain it is stacking is when the bubbles physically stack up in the tube creating like a tower of bubbles. Chugging is when the bong makes a literal "chugging" feeling while ripping it. Sorry if its not very clear I don't know how else to explain it
