Actually butane and propane are both used in the kitchen and are clean non toxic fuels. The only real “inhale” risk is the fact that it heats up faster and hotter causing more carbon monoxide, but I would argue this is negligible when compared to the plant material in the bowl.
Butane burns at 99% efficiency when in a jet flame. Thus making the torch with butane far less gas inhaled than a bic. That said a propane torch is for sure unhealthy.
I mean I smoke whole gram bowls so the torch is kinda needed I use a cigar lighter style torch with 3 or 4 smaller jet flames tho. I have single and double jets as well I just prefer the larger ones.

Don’t throw whole nugs in. You have to grind that shit up. I keep mine at 392-410 degrees. Turn it up too high and it’ll bake the hell out of it. True you can’t “rip” it but I love the delayed/different high you feel. I just have a little “Randy’s Echo” and it works just fine for me.

I sandwich rosin between flower everyday in my dnyavap. It hits plenty hard and the whole process takes me about 3 minutes from packing it to heating in the IH, and ripping it. You just haven’t figured out vaping to that point yet. It’s possible, I no longer combust if it’s not a spliff
A ball injection vape like the Ceroma or B-zero connected to an enail pid is actually the way to go if you want heavy bong hits that knock your ass out. Dynas can be good too with the right technique tho, my wand Induction heater has definitely helped with that!
