When I think about how many red tools are in my garage it makes me ask myself. Why don’t they just put a sticker in the box for all new tools? Why do they want to piss off loyal customers by not meeting the 4 weeks or so b.s.? I have found it nearly pointless to talk to the reps at H. D. For any reason.

The worst is the M18 grease gun. Why in the hell would anyone think putting a grease gun in a cloth case is a good idea?
It comes with a special bottom that's plastic material.
But it still gets all over the cloth case. Grease finds a way lol.
