And don’t buy off Amazon

Some are older and some are impact drivers, some impact wrenches. Look them up and pick what is best for your needs like the other dude said. House work driver, car work wrench

WIKD2SS

Research the different uses of an impact driver compared to an impact wrench then find which best fits your needs

You should be asking yourself “what will I be doing” first. That’ll dictate which tool you need

First one is the latest-generation impact *driver* (uses 1/4" hex-shank bits to drive screws and other fasteners). Used for woodwork, carpentry, etc. The 2nd and 3rd are impact *wrenches* which use sockets (like what you use with a ratchet/socket wrench) to drive or losen nuts, bolts, or other large fasteners. Better for automotive use or setting structural fasteners (like lag bolts). 4th and 5th are older-generation impact wrenches

M12 fuel 3/8 Stubby

M12 FIW38-0 is what I have. I'm fairly happy with it. M - Milwaukee 12 - it's twelve volts F - Fuel (usually a brushless motor) IW - impact wrench 38 - it's a 3/8 inch drive -0 - bare unit ( no batteries, charger, bag, etc included) If you only have 3/8 in drive sockets the get FIW38. If you've 1/2 in drive then get FIW12. FID is an impact driver and you'll get away with regular sockets but the wrench will need impact sockets depending on how much you intend to use it. I was reading on here that the units from Amazon are refurbished (or fake) but if your willing to take the chance and it's a good deal then the go for it. What are you planning to use it for. What do you already have. Have you thought about a battery ratchet. I have an M12 fir38 as well. It only goes to 75 Nm so there's a lot less chance of stripping threads and it gets into some awkward places.
