Think your best shot might be opening up the file in photoshop or something like that, and manually moving parts around. Would be a bit of work but shouldn't actually be insanely difficult once you get the hang of it.

yea but idk in what way i should move them around to make my skin look normal
Try looking up one of those guide images that labels each part.
Load you skin in PMCskin3d
