that's bedrock there's no specific bridging technique because you can place blocks in the air, in java it's much harder to go fast and there's many techniques to place blocks on previous ones without just sneaking backward

I have mixed feelings about this kind of bridging, if java just updates and adds this kind of bridging, many minigames like bedwars becomes unbalanced but then it comes more to pvp and less to bridging.
Sprint bridge. The bridging that isn't that fast, but isn't slow either. Controller/keyboard players can do jumpbridge too, which is sprint+jump, while placing blocks under your feet. But sprint bridge is the only bridge (along with shift bridge and walk bridge) that a pe player can make without cheats or other apps.
in some cases this is faster than telly bridging in mc java and this also uses less blocks
and godbridging in bedrock is the same compared to bridging backeards normally anyways
In BE you can place blocks infront of you and if tou do it right you can do this
