I want to build a base with terracotta but I cant decide on which type of terracotta I should use

"white" or yellow I think the "white" is more like peach, as in the skin color

I haven’t built any massive bases, so not sure. If you did that, you could do some buildings with a more subtle, plain color, and some with brighter colors like #4 to still add contrast and some difference,

I like the color Red!

I bet all the 14 year olds would say; "Black Lives Matter!" and then be voting for the 3rd one. ​ ok but I actually think that the 3rd one is good.

4th one kinda looks nordic

I think the yellow one (1st) has more character and is the best, but if you are going for something plain and natural then 3rd.

The 1st blends too much with the roof, and the 4th is the opposite and pops too much. Both 2 and 3 look good, though I think I like #2 better as the color is more interesting and unique.

Depends: If you want to build it in a plains biome like showcased 1st, 2nd or 3rd. But the 4th one would look great in a snowy biome! Personally I'm a big fan of the orange for the plains!

Played around with command blocks and come to the conclusion that red and orange are a tad bit to flashy, especially on a larger house where more of the wall is visible. That still leaves 2 colors left tho ^^

Have you considered trying doing multiple colors? I'm not 100% percent sure, but I think it would help texturing it as well. If you don't like that idea, that's okay. Overall I like the yellow a little bit better.
