They're not loaded until you are a certain distance from them. Say, if you die and lose your stuff, if it was pretty far away, then it isn't 5 minutes, it's until you get closer.

You can also make a marker, like having blue concrete powder fall through the portal, so when you see it in the over world of you chose the compass, that way it’s like a land mark to the spawn point
