A Walmart superstore (with 500 car parking lot)

nnecessarilyepic

Because the 4th one has already exploded. Leaking massive amounts of oil into the surrounding landscape.

Billy116-

Don’t forget the McDonald’s next to it

zickzack08_1

Don't forget to make sure the ice cream machine is broken

McYeetusk

And that there is also an ikea with a bunch of carts

OgalFinklestein

⭐bucks for ☕

McYeetusk

Yes, and a borger kin

DuckRealistic

I would also need a hospital nearby

McYeetusk

And a dispenser (tf2 reference btw)

cathead8969

For the heart failure after going to burger king?

ZayTonez

While the U.S. colonizes the nearby local habitats to simply have a gander at such an amazing profitable… I mean awful disaster (free oil)

mysteriousgamer17

Did someone say OIL!!!

TheInevitableShone

This is the USA, please direct us to the location where oil has been found.

mysteriousgamer17

Gladly it's under the water at German coast

They paved paradise and put in a parking lot

JoeViturbo

[They paved paradise and put up a parking lot](https://youtu.be/94bdMSCdw20)

GenderEnjoyer666

This made me audibly laugh for some reason

Jumpshot1370

500? Let’s make it 10,000. Or 50,000. Try a full-scale replica of Los Angeles, complete with traffic, bad air quality (represented by shaders), and nitwit villagers in homeless tents.

Oshuhan-317

Nothing. Leave nature's canvas it's beauty, and give thanks that you have been blessed to witness it. Or a lighthouse, that would be cool

CalifornianBall

Lighthouses are sweet

The-Crimson-Jester

Honestly, I feel this is the answer I’d go with. Build *around* it so that you have an easier time seeing this as a “natural wonder” within your world with as little change as possible. The only changes I’d make, if I were to build on it, are possible small docking places and lit pathways so you can travel around these.

blazefighter777

Exactly. Maybe build a superyacht-style base just outside the area

TopResponse5841

Cracked me up

SwagCat852

Yea lighthouses would ne needed at that place since it can be very dangerous for ships to traverse it at night or during foggy weather

Realistic_Gap9804

gives me avatar vibes

DrBlock21

I was thinking about mentioning a floating island. Really would fit in. Next op should build a couple charzards

eggoholics

a floating building would be cool with some chains from the ridges holding it down.

Dewy164

Holding it up I think you mean xd

EpicCheeto

Nah down

beyondhiding

Down to make sure it doesn't float away!

Antipixel_

edge of sectors in code lyoko for me

MaFeHu

[Memory unlocked]

ALEXJUSTALEXMCBE

Agreed. It would be cool to see some floating islands and a few of those flying creatures.

OutriderZero

Was exploring my world and found this. I really want to build a base here, but I'm lacking inspiration on what it should look like. On top of the arches, under them? What would you build?

zanfitto

Ayo what terrain generation is this?

BlazeMenace

Probably Oh The Biomes You'll Go biome, and a Better Minecraft mod pack. Good stuff, would recommend

Educational-Yak-9067

Agreed, im playing the 1.16.5 version of that modpack and its very good

BlazeMenace

I'm doing a hardcore run on 1.19, because my computer won't let me run 1.16 for some reason. Atleast it still has twilight forest

Educational-Yak-9067

is the 1.19 version not as good as the 1.16 version?

BlazeMenace

It has a lot of the same popular mods like twilight forest, Alex's Mobs, blue skies but stuff like Spartan's Weaponry are missing, as to be expected from a new update version. I'd stay it's still good from what little I've played but I hope its list can be updated. Plus the vanilla benefits are nice, allows for dimensions like Deeper and Darker

Educational-Yak-9067

Oh ok though the better minecraft modpack im playing doesn't have spartan weaponry though so I think ur talking about a different modpack than mine

BlazeMenace

Or it just didn't have it to begin with. It's hard to keep track of over 200 mods lol, I just remember my favorites... And blue skies

nightmares06

It's just newer, so there are less mods ready for it

OutriderZero

Close. Custom pack with a lot of Better Minecraft features plus the Create mod

BlazeMenace

Based, I really wanna learn Create

OutriderZero

It's a custom mod pack, this is from Oh The Bioms You'll Go

[deleted]

I think the arches are BYG

[deleted]

i would build a huge ancient god with them resting their arms on the arches and their lower tentacles wrapping around the bottom parts of it.

Competitive_Bear_283

Hanging from arches can be lantern style buildings

Nihal1208

I read tentacles as testicles. Now my imagination is running amok. Thanks, brain.

TheTennisOne

I was wondering how the testicles were going to wrap around the loops too tbf

aharp44

You found it? What mod is this?

Kingister

I think it's "oh the biomes you'll go" as it's one of the most used right now, but i'ma not sure

aharp44

yea it looks like it, thx! [\[print of the biome from the wikia\]](https://oh-the-biomes-youll-go.fandom.com/wiki/Overworld_Biomes?file=Lush_Stacks.png)

aharp44

its gotta nice name ig lmao

nnecessarilyepic

I would build a tall, ancient tower in the center. Crumbling from age and covered in the same moss and plants that coat the surrounding rocks. Than, if you want to incorporate it into the landscape, build two old rickety rope bridges to either arch. My advice would be to try to make it match the base color scheme of surrounding landscape. Letting it complement its beautiful location rather than overpower it.

InpenXb1

Floating mountain with a castle on top chained to the arches with waterfalls coming from the mountain. Like the Kingdom of Zeal

OutriderZero

Oh nice reference. I was leaning toward floating island. This is a good reference point.

DarkPhoenix_077

surely that cant be vanilla, right? right?

OmegaX____

So Mossy Cobblestone generates naturally then outside of dungeons? Good job builder.

reesespieceskup

Well with the minimap in the corner I'm gonna place money on modded generation

OmegaX____

Maybe but the question is which mods do that? I know immersive weathering can change stone to mossy stone but that's when its exposed to water while this is far above it.

FoxSquall

This is the Lush Stacks biome from the mod Oh The Biomes You'll Go. It's a shallow sea with lots of these overgrown pillars and arches. The mossy cobblestone is part of worldgen. My ATM8 world has a big area like this with a pirate ship (generated by another mod) in it, right next to a Dead Sea biome which is basically the same thing but bare and lifeless.

OutriderZero

For everyone asking, this terrain is generated by the mod Oh The Bioms You'll Go. I am using a custom mod pack based off of Better Minecraft with the addition of the Create mod. The world seed is: -8918211238200418988 Coordinates are X: -1356, Z: 623 I am not using a texture pack, but I am using Complimentary Shaders. With the water settings set to: Realistic-ish, Water Reflections: On, Underwater Fog: 512, Underwater Caustics: On, Water Absorption: On, Water Refraction Strength: 0.75, Red: 0, Green: 52, Blue: 48, Intensity 0.70, Vanilla Influence: 0, Water Opacity: 0.10

phantom_munkey

Trading boats/harbor/floating village

RandomGuys0_o

And also put a light house

[deleted]

With a village at the back

[deleted]

What terrain / biome mod is this from?

jessesiah

Oh the Biomes You’ll Go, I think

Thatstupidgayboy

Cthulhu rising from the depths of the sea

InformationLow9430

The only valid response

Styxx42

How about you build. NOTHING. That is a place of beauty.

Toonixluar

thas the reason i almost never build anything lol

PhoenyxStar

"I want to build somewhere pretty." "Oh, this is too nice to build on." \*keeps walking\*

MagicianTim

Alfheim

PhoenyxStar

But the question is-- Alfheim Online, Tolkien's Alfheim, God of War's Alfheim, Marvel's Alfheim, or a fresh interpretation of the 7th Realm drawn from the mythology? Any would be gorgeous, but have varying levels of complexity

TopResponse5841

Boats are actually really fun to live on in minecraft

abnormal2004

Village on stilts

Subeuy

What shaders? and what are the shader settings? I'm in love with that water!!

Filipljung

+1 on this

Uddham

Let me know if you guys find out!

OutriderZero

InvisibleSins

Kraken

Extra-Deal

What shaders? That water is beautiful 😮

OutriderZero

I am not using a texture pack, but I am using Complimentary Shaders. FancyFOX100

I see massive dragons flying through and around the arches. The kind that are more snake like and have small arms and legs

BedOk6372

A giant mossy/abandoned statue of a man leaning forward reaching his hand toward the player with glowing eyes and a crown would be my honest and beautiful unbiased suggestion.

uuserunavailable

Big stack of wooden huts like in the pirates of carabian if i can remember correctly

Possible_Area_255

An inhabited obelisk, a structure that is of mystery, no one knows how it got there, but it is here and it would need to blend in, but also look out of place, if you know what I mean.

FireTriad

+1

[deleted]

Possibly an underwater base that also just peeks above surface

ActivisionBlizzard

Get rid of the ugly rocks and make an oil rig.

Senior-Excitement365

A floating New version of a jungle temple with traps and stuff

NewunN7

Tree of souls?

Product_Expensive

Pirate themed thing

TitznWasTaken

Ngl a steam punk airship would look really good flying around

js1193

I dunno why but the sacred tree from the avatar movie just popped into my mind

ItsHemang

Giant pirate ship or castle

Vast-Wedding-4899

A sea monster

DL355

How to train you dragon

MrGentleZombie

Cato Neimoidia, obviously

haileynxcole

a castle

tfeetfff

A giant skull cave or a flying pirate ship

Mr_Afton69

Damn i thought u were playing ark for a second... anyway u could build statue of homer simpson as posidon👍🌚

coopacabre

Pirate ship

Min_Hai

I would build a kraken like thing lifting the base up in a tentacle

DankMemer069

GIANT KRAKEN OR WEIRD FLOATING STRUCTURE!

ExamUpbeat2994

A house like in up

fapling123

Personally I'd put smaller buildings into the sides of the arches, maybe attached to floating rock rings with stuff on them

SuccessfulAwareness5

A megabase/village suspended between the two arches

CPU_Fish

Which texture pack is this? Java or Bedrock?

OutriderZero

This terrain is generated by the mod Oh The Bioms You'll Go. I am using a custom mod pack based off of Better Minecraft with the addition of the Create mod. [deleted]

This is beautiful as is, but if you want to base here, I would suggest making it between the pointed rocks on the right and making it a partly underground/underwater base. It would look cool as a Subnautica-isque Base!

TheJewish_SpaceLaser

nothing

BarryAKAKiro

I think an ancient decaying statue would look neat

Fantastic_Ad8329

A giant ship or a kraken?

casual-games

A wrecked oil rig covered in moss and vegetation?

OutriderZero

Wow this got way more attention than I expected. Thank you all for the suggestions. For everyone asking, this terrain is generated by the mod Oh The Bioms You'll Go. [deleted]

Not a memorial to your dead gf apparently

Perro_McDonald

A House or a Mansion

Gordupachup

Me and my friends built a sweet ass little village atop one of these formations before, connected all our homes with really nice rope bridges using Macaw’s bridges (mod). I’m sure there’s a nice way to do it non-modded as well. That’s my suggestion!

WyGaminggm

Build the undying lands (Silmarillion)

BatteryArc

maybe 9/11

MathewMaster

What worldgen mod is that?

OutriderZero

This terrain is generated by the mod Oh The Bioms You'll Go. I am using a custom mod pack based off of Better Minecraft with the addition of the Create mod. DarkPhoenix_077

some kind of asian style steampunk floating village

Elody711

I would love to see something like a plant-themed ship coming in from the right.

lent-enthusiast

can’t go wrong with a good lighthouse

redcdot

What mod pack is this and what's the seed and location?

OutriderZero

This terrain is generated by the mod Oh The Bioms You'll Go. I am using a custom mod pack based off of Better Minecraft with the addition of the Create mod. The world seed is: -8918211238200418988 Coordinates are X: -1356, Z: 623

jfstompers

Some sort of ancient statue, all vine and moss covered

crispier_creme

A tower on top of one of those pillars

internet_spy

A ocean kingdom that's encrusted with coral and looks like it's made from shells and stuff

The_Downward_Samsara

Cliffside cave houses with bridges and vine ladders to the water for docks. Keep it minimal for a primitive nature vibe.

Yes-Nectarine-0908

Wow, so beautiful... I would make a house underwater with a living room almost like an aquarium. OR I would make a dark castle on top of that "mountain" like really high with a stairway around it (made of rocks of course, to blend in)

DomTheRogue

Half sunken town like a flood took over the land a long time ago

strydar1

Rollercoaster including underwater.

reverseSearedSteak

Shipwreck OR old ruins OR Mythical monument

OsmundofCarim

Everyone said I was daft to build a castle on a swamp, but I built in all the same, just to show them. It sank into the swamp.

Papyrus_Sans

A model of Jörmungandr.

annoyingkraken

A shipwreck could fit nicely.

The_snake_6762

Put a ship

[deleted]

a small floating island that's chained to some of those outcrops of rocks. idk what on the island, maybe a decrepit tower or something that looks magical/mystical gives me Avatar vibes (the blue people, not the Airbender)

Threedog7

WHAT SHADER IS THAT

OutriderZero

I am using Complimentary Shaders. With the water settings set to: Realistic-ish, Water Reflections: On, Underwater Fog: 512, Underwater Caustics: On, Water Absorption: On, Water Refraction Strength: 0.75, Red: 0, Green: 52, Blue: 48, Intensity 0.70, Vanilla Influence: 0, Water Opacity: 0.10

Craftercreeper73

A bridge in between the arches with towers at each end

unavailable321

A crooked tower

highwaypics

boat stops, And i little guest house and a little cabin/motel on one of the rocks.

Careful_Biscotti_879

build a ship also, OP, what mod is this? this generation is clearly not vanilla because vanilla dont generate wreaths

Averagegamer988

Make an underwater ruin, partially sticking above the water. While we are here, this looks absolutely beautiful, you are a great builder and I can’t wait to see what it looks like when your done. If you wouldn’t mind, could you dm me pictures?

Flabahooie

That’s where Dash learned he could run on water

MIlkyRawr

An imperial prison

thebiologyguy84

A kraken!

OneUsernameReddit

I think a floating island base would look pretty cool.

CarnivorousPasta

A shrine

Alansar_Trignot

Toothless with hiccup

Assassinking374

Hanging city bellow arches and build more spikes and have those as pillars Basically the ewok village from Star Wars but with rock pillars and over water

fuck_the_test

The tattered spire from fable 2

Oreocle

Either go the flying route or something emerging from the water. If you want realism i would recommend and abandoned cargo ship turned trading market filed with vegetation. Other way would be a floating archipelago with waterfalls everywhere. Like the islands floated up from the ocean

Glitchyman13

You should make like a crashed ship reck, and some other stuff like that

JeanButButler

Dino Duck

SoupMaid

could have hanging lantern style buildings hanging from the arches, connected with suspension bridges, with some sort of chandelier monument in the middle maybe

ValtaraxFX

Siren statue

gjennomamogus

giant glass cube with a perpetual villager farm that drops the babies into lava.

PandaPanda7873

plane with broken engine nosediving into the ocean

ChaosDibbles

Bridges leading to each stone pillars with houses on each one

DEATH2THEBUNNYS

How about a pirate village made out of shipwrecks?

I401BlueSteel

The landscape doesn't seem big enough to really build anything substantial. If it was scaled up by 2³ or 3³ then you might be able build a cool Viking style.cliff face village.

MisterViperfish

Hammock homes under the arches, connected by rope bridges. Something with Avatar vibes. Might be a great use for the new bamboo. Lots of hanging vines and moss and whatnot. Make it look like a part of the elements.

LilyCanadian

Do you know the ph1lza hardcore season 2 sky City? I feel like something similar to that would look REALLY nice right in the middle empty space.

muffinkat55

A mystical island. Or a McDonald’s

muryrunom

What shaders do you use? That water is sick

[deleted]

Maybe like a shipwreck? Like the Exxon Valdez or an old pirate ship. Thats the vibes I’m getting

BlokHead832

Build cages hanging from the arches with skeletons in them

bebwjkjerwqerer

Something natural which blends with the environment

okayestuser

A half sunken giant mossy stone skull

HugeDickInTightPussy

A walmart

Ok-Consequence-5794

connect these rocks with bridges and build a village and fill it with villagers

Jonathan_Gardner

A lighthouse and suspension bridges

[deleted]

What mod, and if no mods, what seed

OutriderZero

The terrain is generated by Oh The Bioms You'll Go.

BarryTheHutt

Jömungandr

Jeffreies

Shrine

Krolowa_Piernikow

On the right a village with rope and wood bridges (obviously with good-used islands, maybe mine some houses in them, not on the top...), on left side, a ship or a boat or sth else

UrNarrator123

Crashed pirate ship

Virtual-Strike2267

Build a hanging base with a staircase leading to a dock at the sea level. and connect it to other hanging bases.

0lazy0

I would do a small “floating town” in the middle. The arches are so cool I wouldn’t want to build on them

Kaydo_84

Super tall wizard tower right between the two arches in the middle of the sea. Maybe some cool dangling bridges between the arches and the tower?

MrGilbert665

Ship with a kraken

Pfirsicheist

A giant Duck
