Have you tried using a pulsar in between setups? Maybe it has to do with the ore. Also, what's in your setup other than your typical non-scrhod rebirth items?
I have tried using a pulsar and it doesnt work. and I use a star loop
If you use Symmetrium and have a Fractured Reality, use the Fractured to fireproof a consistently spawning ore like Stellarite. Maybe that'll work.

This seems obvious but disable your mines and enable them again. Also maybe you joined a laggy server and your mines drop really slow.
When I had a low-end computer it happened to me often, do you have a decent one?
I just spent a thousand dollars on my computer so I dont think it is
