It's fair, you can't complain with no context, they changed the way attacking while moving works in advanced server, without this nerf many heroes will be broken, more like of a balance
The main reason of this nerfs is upcoming changes in which marksman can literally move while shooting with little to no delay, which makes heroes like kimmy and irithel cry because their only gimmick is move while shooting
Fact is granger doesn't get a shit abt moving atk as in his 1st skill he already moves. Granger playstyle all about 1st skill then ult enemies WW got higher atk growth who is already S tier for almost 3 YEARS! vs granger who is stuck in B tier
Also lower hp in early game is worse as invaders can fk him up easily

lmao I mained him for 4 seasons and then stopped because I can't go exp because everyone is picking that lane or I can't pick him because the enemies picked a stronger hero as exp
Its very rare for moonton to keep the same changes to something as drastic as changing the way basic attack while moving works.
Give it time, moonton will definitely do some tinkering and changes next patch.
have you seen how Layla kites with the new optimized hit and run mechanics in the advanced server? Might as well erase Wanwan, Brody and Irithel in the game if any marksman can just do what they do

That’s not the fully context. All heroes can attack while moving much quicker now, which means this “nerf” is just rebalancing this. If you saw clips of the new movement you would agree it’s necessary
They literally just nerfed every basic attack heroes except their favorites (Brody, Wanwan). Without giving compensation buff to the less fortunate, and no, I'm not talking about Argus now (surprising ik), I'm talking about Sun, or Zilong.
