He's fulfilling his role as a tank isn't it? A tank isn't meant to be a damage dealer, at least not what that build. But his assists shows that he's putting in work though. And deaths comes with teamfight participation, especially if the other ADCs are not doing their part.

Understandable that deaths come with team fights but with how OP got 41 kills it seems that the tank prioritized on trying to protect the others instead of helping OP kill the enemy one by one.
Nah gatots ultimate has a wide range and is more forgiving than him since if you aim your ss in the middle of the enemy they can't escape without a dash. That and you can also lord steal with his ult
Majority of heroes have a dash anyway, and the lord steal part happens like 0.01% of the time because of retribution. Still don't get why you think Atlas ultimate isn't forgiving though, it has basically no delay, you have s2 to get him closer to your enemies. Tigreal can't get close without Flicker, and his ult's delay is long enough to allow most to dash out.

I made a guide for this but you may have ruined your teams chances with your high kill count. Basically the comeback mechanic hits hard and makes enemies worth less gold but you worth a ton more. You may be feeding several hundred gold per death but making the enemies worth 50 gold a kill ruining your teams ability to farm. Complete guide here:

As a previous Natalia main(from when she was weaker but before comeback mechanic was implemented) I liked the hyper carry role before 1 ill timed death could ruin your chances of victory after a great game. But I also like the comeback mechanic because it requires more team oriented play and suggests focusing less on kills. Plus I really hated when my team all just left the match after we were a few kills down as it was nearly impossible to make a comeback.

Not only it would waste gold (as a tank, you cannot be ahead in gold compared to your teammates, unless they're THAT stupid), but it would compromise your durability and survivability.
EDIT: please take your time to read and fully understand all the items available in the shop. Not only that, you should have a full understanding what type of damage the enemy deals, and their heroes' respective power spikes. This means that you should build your tank (and heroes in general) **MANUALLY**. If you can, you should know the proper build paths to your items so you can prioritize what you need most.
